Danizen Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 The fourth official is going to earn his money, now. His arms will probably fall off before he does all of Monaco's subs.
Mark Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Looks like we're playing 4-6-0 to keep the score down now.
cuddly ken Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 The first wasn't his man, it was SSL's. The second, SSL should have communicated with Morgan rather than just let Falcao run in behind him. Try facing the pitch! SSL was marking Falcao at corners, The 2nd goal Morgan was static leaving SSL having to try and cover.
Fox42 Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 This is a good opportunity to go forward and score now.
Babylon Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 This just seems pointless now, the last game should be your final prep.
cc_star Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Try facing the pitch! SSL was marking Falcao at corners, The 2nd goal Morgan was static leaving SSL having to try and cover. 2nd was Konchesky out of position, not tracking back... Morgan will be disappointed but never should have got to that.
Babylon Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Try facing the pitch! SSL was marking Falcao at corners, The 2nd goal Morgan was static leaving SSL having to try and cover. It still wasn't Morgan's man so take your own advice.
reynard Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Are we actually trying? I seriously can't see what benefit this match is to us in preparing for a new season.
Mark Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 This is a good opportunity to go forward and score now. Just like the last two friendlys were?
cc_star Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 This just seems pointless now, the last game should be your final prep. Not really a fan of showpiece games, Sunderland last year a more relevant team and far better scenario for preparation as a result
HoustonFox Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 lol Couldn't resist *Col Smiley and Thumbs up* PS - how do you do all the smileys and insert of images on ipad?
Guest shearfox Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Are we actually trying? I seriously can't see what benefit this match is to us in preparing for a new season. It's a luxury friendly, nothing wrong with that. As long as the players gain some match practice and don't get injured all is good
Danno Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Couldn't resist *Col Smiley and Thumbs up* PS - how do you do all the smileys and insert of images on ipad? Try Changing mode, bottom left corner, or press 'full version' in the same place
HoustonFox Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 It's a luxury friendly, nothing wrong with that. As long as the players gain some match practice and don't get injured all is good Totally agree. We are basically Monaco's equivalent of Bangkok All Stars too. All about $$$'s/€€€'s/£££'s
Guest ttfn Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 3 goals in 4 friendlies is worrying, whatever way you look at it.
Babylon Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Ha I didn't even know we played Northampton, fair enough not the final game.
HoustonFox Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Try Changing mode, bottom left corner, or press 'full version' in the same place Already on Full but cheers. Laptop being taken up by streaming as even though there are 4 soccer channels here the game isn't on. Sky streaming though so I get to feel at home watching Ray Winstone doing betting ads.
cc_star Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 3 goals in 4 friendlies is worrying, whatever way you look at it. We'll see next week ManU losing games against Nobody XI's is barely raising comment. Really difficult to read anything into it.
