Your chance to win life-changing sums while supporting the LCFC Academy and the LCFC Community Trust...
Leicester City Football Club is delighted to announce the launch of Foxes Lotto, an exciting new online lottery which offers fans the chance to play for life-changing jackpots while supporting the LCFC Academy and the LCFC Community Trust.

Foxes Lotto gets under way with its first draw on Saturday 31 August 2013 and an enormous estimated £17.3 million jackpot, with all of Leicester City’s proceeds going directly to the LCFC Academy – the Club’s youth development programme - and the LCFC Community Trust, the Club’s charitable arm which utilises the power of football to deliver inspiring projects across Leicestershire and beyond.

Foxes Lotto is one of the first of its kind to be offered among clubs in The Football League and is operated in partnership with Lotto Network, a brand of lottery betting company MyLotto24 Ltd. Lotto Network funds and pays all prize money in full. The Club will receive 26% of each £1.50 lotto bet placed.

Ian Flanagan, Commercial Director at Leicester City Football Club, said: "We're really pleased to be working with the Lotto Network to offer Leicester City supporters a chance to win some great prizes.

"The ease with which fans can play and the substantial jackpot prizes were big factors in our decision to establish this partnership and we hope it will be a lucky one for our fans.

"In addition, every line played by Leicester City supporters will benefit the LCFC Community Trust and their fantastic work at grass roots level, as well as the LCFC Academy in developing our elite players of the future."

Julian Morel, Head of Business Development for Lotto Network said: “Everybody at Lotto Network is delighted to be launching Foxes Lotto and we are hopeful that fans of the Club will really get behind the initiative.

“Lotto is a fantastic means of raising money for charities and good causes, and we look forward to seeing how both the LCFC Academy and LCFC Community Trust will benefit.”

Foxes Lotto is based on a familiar lottery format and players over the age of 18 can play every Wednesday and Saturday, with the option to sign up for single draws or on a subscription basis to ensure that they never miss a jackpot. Prizes can be won by matching numbers from 1 to 49, plus a favourite Foxes legend, from Gordon Banks to Gary Lineker.

Play for a fantastic estimated £17.3 million this Saturday at: www.foxeslotto.com.

Rather 17.3 million went towards the club.

That could bring Sven back for 6 weeks.

The club will receive 26% of each ticket sold.

Well it's certainly a different approach to getting within FFP limits

Good to see Pearson kissing the badge,.

He's taking 17% of the overall income to maintain his trainers

Not even read it but its absolutely guaranteed that it will be football fans being exploited under the pretense that they are helping the club to get even more money out of their pockets to put more into those greedy bastards from boardroom to the pitch.

Lotteries are a tax on the poor and this is a disgusting example of the club trying to monetise the fan base with inappropriate products. Exploitative and immoral in my view but i guess its a business not a social enterprise

Can you find anything with better odds of getting your hands on 17 mil?

Yeah the national lottery has odds of 14million to 1

And the odds for the euro millions are about the same.aa this scheme and that gets up to 150million occasionally.

Will it be similar to the Lotto they ran about 9 years ago? But where it had to be Direct Debit and they ended up taking a lump sum after not charging you for six months!!

I have been getting emails from the club regarding Foxes Lotto which has an estimated jackpot of £18.8m.  As I have never heard of it before I was wondering if anybody else plays it.  Seems like a shed load of money to win if it is only your club that the draw is made for...
