Beliall Posted 10 June 2014 Posted 10 June 2014 If it's not expensive for people who already have it on PS3 and 360 then I'll get it but if they charge full price for the same game they can fvck off if its just a port, and as i have the download version on ps3, i would expect a discount, or the option to have the online only, im hoping it would be a full , nicely done remake with added mission for online, maybe even an "episodes from" version
FrankieADZ Posted 10 June 2014 Posted 10 June 2014 cheapest Ive seen GTA V next gen is £45....I'd a paid that too....but given it looks like its just the standard version...& not a GOTY Edition(which R* normally do) might hold back and wait.

From a financial pov they'd of been better off getting some additional content out for the original versions (including the much talked about online heists) and then re-releasing an all inclusive version on the new consoles. It's been 9 months and nothing really new, people are bored of GTAO.

It's been 9 months and nothing really new, people are bored of GTAO. given the size of R* they probably had different R* studios doing the next gen versions,while another worked on content etc. Tbh....R* will make loads more re-releasing the game on the PS4/X1/PC compared to releasing new content for the pure fact a vast majority of people might have trade the game in and all that. I'd rather they release a complete/GOTY edition with all DLC as I said...but i suspect they'll release that 6/8months after the GTA V re-release.

"For spending half an hour doing this mission, we're going to give you $1000, that's $9000 less than a car horn" I'm still going to get it on PS4 though.

Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Bringing something like GTAV to the new consoles is a no brainer on the part of the developers, pretty much no risk involved with an established game, It's not a lot of work (a lot of it will likely be outsourced) and it's basically printing money.

kingcarr21 Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 watching some of the new trailers for future games. Very impressed with Far Cry 4 but especially impressed with the new Batman game. Gameplay looks very smooth. Really enjoy the Batman games and the new one doesnt look like it will disappoint.

Just bare in mind the E3 footage we saw of the new Batman game has been confirmed to be running on a high end PC. Pretty much the only game that wasnt at the whole conference was Uncharted 4.
