The Horse's Mouth Posted 23 October 2013 Posted 23 October 2013 We weren't at our best tonight and what with jack getting injured and us hitting the bar and then them snatching a goal by a player who should had been sent off, just wasn't gonna be our night. Arsenal are a better team then these no marks and proved it tonight. Wait till the away leg, when we stick 3 past them. Your all gonna look rather silly then and I shall be gloating. stick your head in the oven
Hugo Sanchez Posted 3 November 2013 Author Posted 3 November 2013 Jizz in my pants ... Over rated gentlemen ... Hmmmm
Stadt Posted 3 November 2013 Posted 3 November 2013 When he stops scoring every week, you'll resume calling him shit and reminisce about how he was 'good' for a bit.
ScouseFox Posted 6 November 2013 Posted 6 November 2013 When he stops scoring every week, you'll resume calling him shit and reminisce about how he was 'good' for a bit. What if he never stops?
Super_horns Posted 6 November 2013 Posted 6 November 2013 What did Wenger do in the summer to get Ramsey's confidence and form back?
Jimothy Posted 6 November 2013 Posted 6 November 2013 Wasn't Wenger quoted as saying something in 2012 along the lines of "When Ramsey starts scoring, he won't stop" Also pretty sure he was asked if he considered selling him during the bad spell he had and he said no he offered him a new contract The man's a genius!
Hugo Sanchez Posted 6 November 2013 Author Posted 6 November 2013 Thank you albert. Don't like to brag but I did tell you all ...
Stadt Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Ramsey must have been fantastic in training, because there is no way Wenger would have stuck with him.
bmt Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 No one seems to rate him, yeah he scored a few goals but he's nothing special is normally the response. I think this lad is world class quality and one of the big reason I think arsenal will win the league this season. The last year he's just getting better and better. He's the best midfielder in the world on current form. Imagine if Bale and Ramsey where english ... We're actually have a chance next summer of winning it. A shame they're always be wasted playing for Wales though. Outrageous shout, fair play
Finnegan Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Ramsey must have been fantastic in training, because there is no way Wenger would have stuck with him. Multi-trophy winning, talent-farming, veteran manager in "knows more about young footballers than idiot fans" shock.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 7 November 2013 Author Posted 7 November 2013 Multi-trophy winning, talent-farming, veteran manager in "knows more about young footballers than idiot fans" shock. At least we kept the faith. Think we're proved a few people wrong on this thread.
ScouseFox Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Have Arsenal won the league? No. Much like they hadn't been relegated after one loss to Aston Villa on the first day but that didn't stop every man and his dog going on about it for a week, telling all their mates Wenger was a senile old melon, Mertesacker was shit, nobody would be any good with Giroud up front by himself, Ramsey and Arteta in the middle was a joke, Szczesny was pathetic and they had nobody on the bench. Arsenal would struggle to finish top 4, definitely wouldn't make it out of their CL group, and probably wouldn't win a game let alone a trophy for the next 500 years.

Fox92 Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Wenger is a genius of a manager, I really do like him. Hope he can get at least one trophy this season, would like to see Arsenal win the league because they still play the best football in the division.
Dan Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I must admit they've completely out-performed my expectations of them so far, we'll see what they're really made of this weekend.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I do like the voyeur tbh, he's a good manager who received undeserved stick at the beginning of the season. Really don't want Arsenal to win anything though, cannot stand Arsenal fans.
Guest Call_Me_Maybury Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Ramsey must have been fantastic in training, because there is no way Wenger would have stuck with him. Or gave him the time to fully recover from a bad leg break.
