BlooArmeh! Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 You know I'm nosy. But it'd be cool to see who the people of Foxestalk votes for. Thanks.
Vacamion Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 I'll say to you what I say to the canvassers and activists who come to my door wanting to talk about my voting intentions for the independence referendum: It's a secret ballot for a reason. Bugger off and mind your own business.
pSinatra Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 I can't remember the last time I voted & I don't think that will be changing anytime soon. I think it was when The Sun ran that headline about 'last one out, turn off the lights', whenever that was?? I had a massive hangover, it was a nice day & I thought I'd go for some fresh air. I voted Liberal.........I think it was Paddy Ashdown at the time, ex SBS & was doinking some young bird. I've never really taken politics seriously or seen them as any different from one another.

Just went off on one about how media influences opinion, and after 'will the last person to leave Britain turn off the lights', they also printed 'it was the Sun what won it'. Although I'm still young, I have had the opportunity to vote and never done it. Although I think I'd go for UKIP if I was to vote in '15.
johnny the fox Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 why bother? its like asking for somebody to fook you up the arse..and paying for the privilege.
Mark_w Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Although I'm still young, I have had the opportunity to vote and never done it. Although I think I'd go for UKIP if I was to vote in '15. In that case you probably shouldn't start voting.
Rincewind Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 I postal vote thought it might make me less apatheticr, may change by 2015 one party ruled out so far

Bugger off and mind your own business. I do apologise, pal. I hadn't intended to offend. There is an option in the poll for the opinion you expressed, though. Have a happy Monday.
Strokes Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Undecided, ukip do appeal but very much all to play for.
Strokes Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 In that case you probably shouldn't start voting.I hope you don't mean that! Everyone should vote, regardless of whether they make the right choice.
Guest MattP Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Ukip next year in Euros Tories in 2015 providing the figures keep going in the right direction.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Possibly Green, possibly Labour as you could fit all the Green voters in Essex in a phone box. Not that it matters as I live in a very safe Tory seat.
ADK Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 If I had to vote now I'd probably vote Labour, that could change though.
MPH Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Screaming Lord Sutch he died! They had a two minute scream in a local pub as a mark of respect... they then voted a ginger cat in as their joint leader...
MPH Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 I mean this respectfully, but if you don't exercise your right to vote.. do you really have a right to complain about the government?
DennisNedry Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Will intend to vote UKIP all along then will probably vote Conservative at the last minute. It seems a waste voting for a party that you know will never ever win, either if you like that party the most. Anything but Labour though. Dear Christ please don't let Wallace be PM. Back to artificial boom followed by crippling debt, and lots of other limp wristed shite. I've always found it odd that people still call the Conservatives 'Tories', considering they haven't been officially called the Tories since the 1830s. Do you reckon some Brits will still call snickers a marathon in 180 years time?
ADK Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 It's probably because they haven't changed a lot since the 1830's
BlooArmeh! Posted 28 October 2013 Author Posted 28 October 2013 I mean this respectfully, but if you don't exercise your right to vote.. do you really have a right to complain about the government? I agree with this, pal. Our democracy relies upon participation in order to create a fair, representative government. You have no right to complain if you haven't contributed.
MooseBreath Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 Conservatives, no other option. Labour aren't currently a serious political party. Lib Dems can go back to being a fringe party. Don't really see what anyone sees in UKIP beyond some nationalistic anti-europe but not sure why type of sentiment
Mark_w Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 I hope you don't mean that! Everyone should vote, regardless of whether they make the right choice. Can't agree with that. If you don't have a good reason for voting for a party then you absolutely shouldn't be voting. If you've only just reached an age where you can vote and don't feel you know enough about politics to make an informed decision then you shouldn't be voting. Of course my response to Fox92 was tongue in cheek because he intends to vote for an absolutely repulsive party, but to say that everyone should vote encourages people to vote for the wrong reasons and I don't agree with that.
Strokes Posted 28 October 2013 Posted 28 October 2013 It's probably because they haven't changed a lot since the 1830'sIf they hadn't I would vote for them for sure.
BlooArmeh! Posted 28 October 2013 Author Posted 28 October 2013 Do I really need to tell anyone? Not at all.
