Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Tactically inept, they said! Clueless, they said! Nigel Pearson out, they said! Where be you doubting Thomas's now?
sdb Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 I've been wrong many a time but have always maintained he's the right man for us. We need consistency and there are no obviously better managers at this level.

whoareyaaa Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Pearson deserves a lot more respect than he has been getting. One Nigel Pearson should be aired for 15 minutes.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 2 November 2013 Author Posted 2 November 2013 I'm only just starting to calm down. Knackered from dancing around my living room
Guest Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 This sitting in the stands malarkey is turning out nicely for NP. I did like his comment to the Sky team after the match along the lines of 'well the officials can't exactly send me to the dugout now can they? '
The Horse's Mouth Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Seriously do we really have to do this everytime we're on a good run?
Rincewind Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 too much noise in pub couldn't hear what Peason said post match. He seemed happy though and smiled a couple of times.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 2 November 2013 Author Posted 2 November 2013 Seriously do we really have to do this everytime we're on a good run? You could ask the haters the same when we're on a bad run
Steven Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Pearson who has realised his tactical inner self, learnt from his past mistakes and started being a proper human being to all those he has to deal with, like Ian Stringer. The current version of Pearson is not the same person as last year. He has become a better manager and a better person. Long may it continue.

A newer, sleeker and faster operating system. Comes complete with all new smile, tactical nous and even whiter trainers. Available to anyone with a bit of faith.

Super_horns Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Got to say he did very well tactically putting 2 quick men on the same as Anya basically restricting impact on the game.
Babylon Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Got to say he did very well tactically putting 2 quick men on the same as Anya basically restricting impact on the game. To be fair, we had no option due to injury
cuddly ken Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Tactically inept, they said! Clueless, they said! Nigel Pearson out, they said! Where be you doubting Thomas's now? Great result, but Watford had chances too. I maintain that NP is a run if 3-4, losses away from being replaced. The deadman walking is doing well so far, but a run of loses will have the Gallows a creaking. Till then I will enjoy our good run

How do you expect anyone to take you seriously? Although perhaps that is actually the aim.

chris_lcfc_85 Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Always been a good manager at this level but again many doubted him and believed there was many others that could do a better job
Babylon Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 Always been a good manager at this level but again many doubted him and believed there was many others that could do a better job Maybe they could have in all honesty, but he's a decent manager at this level and we are flying. Some of the criticism has been absurd, some merited.
Vacamion Posted 2 November 2013 Posted 2 November 2013 cuddly ken is not me Oh, come on. I'm sure you are very cuddly.
