Man City are not some massive club all of a sudden just because they're won a premiership and got billions of pounds. They're never be in my eyes a top club because they haven't got the fanbase to back it up. Que over night to watch man city in a micky mouse cup ... God they're some sad people in this world. It's the League Cup quarter final. If I'm to be known as 'sad' for having a burning desire to watch my team reach the semis then I'm quite happy to take that title.

Then it said "Transaction cancelled", the website crashed and forgot my seats that had taken nearly 6 hours to get. My Dad is going up at 4.30, but I'm not holding my breath I know at 12.30 there were less than 200 single seats left.They said they will be sold out by this evening.

I could have got my hands on 20 plus tickets if I had wanted friends willing to get me them. Ps Bayfox will your friends be at ipswich saturday watching one of the few local games they get?

Yes they will as would I normally, (think they must be mental paying those prices mind) but we are off to Holland on the Thursday so I can't justify the spend on traveling down to Colchester and back twice in a week. They had season tickets until 2 years ago, they now tend to do, Norwich, Col Utd, Ipswich, Brighton most the London games, etc when paths cross.

Rang up for Sheff Wednesday tickets, tried to get a spare Man City ticket too for my sister, offered me the only ticket that was available on the website seating plan. I didn't take it, turns out she already had a ticket :confused: Minute later the seats greyed out. I'm in my ST in K. Can't wait

Ignore the muppets, I went down to the ground at 5am the Sunday after we played Forest in May to queue for my Watford away ticket. I knew they'd be carnage there as the home play offs went on sale the same day. I was first in the line, stood around for hours but time soon went when chatting away. I wouldn't say I was sad either just organised.

I can see your point but I'd love to speak to all these people who go week in week out but dint bother with a season or membership. They must be minted to pay on the gate. as for coming to see city. Yes they are. Coming to see us beat them. It isn't the opposition thats the draw its the occasion. I admire your attitude to the game. I've made arrangements to get to the game, then the POS website stalled me for EIGHT ****ING HOURS. I was on there first thing, refreshed all day and when I finally got onto the site the tickets were all gone. $2k on a flight, $250 on a hotel, no ticket. The club has some explaining to do on this.
