Guest ttfn Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 We seem to raise our game 2nd half when we are losing at half time. Not time to worry yet. Except last week?
formidable1 Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Most of the adults on here have seen that we were bad from at least 6 games ago....... I am stating now that in 6 weeks time, Ipswich will be higher than us and playing far better than us. Charlton and Doncaster should have been indicative to most people...
TJB-fox Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 1 goal and all you doubters can fcking do one, come on Leicester and come on Pearson
Wycombe Fox Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Change the kit Nige. Sounds like we can't spot our own players.
Matt Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Hardly a surprise does he ever perform away from home? I'd have thought the 3 man midfield would have helped him though. TBH I've considered him poor all season. And in my own admition, if it had been Drinkwater or something i'd have made my feelings more well known. Drinkwater has improved 10-fold for me and has been looking good recently, King's gotta buck his ideas up sooner or later.

How long ago did we play Watford?
The Quick Brown Fox Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Except last week? One eye on holidays?
Unabomber Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 This reminds me of the Boro game, hopefully we can replicate that second half performance.

Yeovil W Doncaster L Huddersfield W Bournemouth W Watford W Nottingham Forest L Ipswich 12 points out of 18, not too bad is it? That also includes losing to teams that aren't better than us, and one of those games was a mistake that could have not happened on another day. We also beat a Premier League side in the Cup, while winning away at Watford 3-0. It could be worse. Do you want it to be worse? You seem to be very negative. Welcome to football, you cannot win every game. If you want success every week then it's better off following Manchester United.
Guest ttfn Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 We're second in the league FFS. I know we never do well at Ipswich but our players should be confident and capable enough to turn up for games like this and play confidently. It sounds like all 11 are hiding.
formidable1 Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 How long ago did we play Watford? Not sure Watford were really setting the world alight were they?
whoareyaaa Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 I wouldn't write us off just yet, we've been in this position numerous times this season and came out winners.
Unabomber Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Not sure Watford were really setting the world alight were they? That doesn't take away the fact that we played very well.
Rincewind Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Not a good start. Rollicking at HT and second half will be better.
Guest ttfn Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 I wouldn't write us off just yet, we've been in this position numerous times this season and came out winners. Once.
lgfualol Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 How many times have we given the ball away today?
Fox92 Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Not sure Watford were really setting the world alight were they? You can only beat what's in front of you. West Brom won at Old Trafford... Is that because Manchester United are rubbish?
Guest Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Maybe Schlupp on for Konch in the second to inject some attack down the wing.
Fox92 Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Once. Twice. Could have been three times if it wasn't for a mistake at Blackpool.
Matt Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Atleast all the negative people are making me look positively positive. Things are changing I was called optimistic in the Ashes thread (Although that optimism has gone now I think, I'm waving the white flag, I've accepted defeat ), I'm looking positive in this thread this afternoon.
