Asha Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 I think the danger of that is pretty low now. Lewis can turn everything down and coast to 2nd place in both races, and that's assuming Rosberg is reliable enough to win both.

Beats two of the younger drivers by a decent margin. Loses place in F1. Also Jenson is a model professional and good role model.

You wouldn't have said, before Brawn pulled a monster of a car out of nowhere, that Jenson would win a world title and a further fourteen races. His career took an absolute turn for the best and he's done quite well for himself. Webber dribbled on a season too long and I think the time is definitely right for JB to do something else. It will be a loss to F1, but you need the younger drivers coming through. Even though Magnussen hasn't been as good as his team-mate, he deserves a second season.
