Rosberg only once beat hamilton in a straight race this season, that was in Brazil... Hamilton won every other one... so Rosberg just when it comes to the race isn't actually close to hamilton... Needed a good start from Rosberg coupled with one of the Williams jumping ahead of Hamilton. Even if that had happened you'd fancy Hamilton to pass a Williams at some point.
