The top teams with the big budgets get the most money, with teams like Ferrari getting huge bonuses just for showing up. This means the smaller teams are spending near their maximum budget, and sometimes over, just to keep up the current gap to the big teams while knowing that they can never close the gap. Caterham, Marussia and HRT never stood a chance once the talks of a budget cap broke down a few years a go. I know, it's total bullshit, and I've said that from the moment it was announced, not just since it became obvious it could work against Hamilton. No race should be worth more than another, totally devalues the whole championship, especially if Rosberg was to take the title because of it.
