A minutes applause for the owners against reading in the Twelfth minute

It called debate, just because I poster suggests something don't make them right. And I don't think it's a good idea, sorting out your own mess is what is the right thing todo and why FFP I with us. To me us like winning league one.

There's something very 1984 about this.

You know they didn't pick Leicester because they love the people don't you?

Leicesters owners. Heroes to cvnts in 24 hours. Only on foxestalk.

Let's not forget the debts are still there, yes the owners have learned from their mistake or their partners and they are building a good base to work from, but I don't believe that they won't take cash out when we get into the prem.

So what if they do? it is hardly going to impact us, they obviously want a prem club because that will boost their image and their brand in Thailand and across Asia, and also we as fans want a competitive prem outfit which they would provide it will be good news for both parties.

I wouldn't clap the missus for making a mess then making a even bigger mess by using expensive products to cover it up, then finally doing the right thing and using the cheap old fashioned methods she'd used before to clean it up, and even then we're still in the shit because we're feeling the repercussions of buying those expensive products.

I don't even have a missus.

I feel like this deserves more recognition.

A minutes applause for wiping out the debt they created themselves? lol lol

I think I'll reserve judgement until we make the PL as I'm sure the Hull fans were well pleased with their owners until the got promoted.

Who knows what's in store for LCFC in the PL assuming we get there anytime soon.

But then I've always had a cynical view of the owners of LCFC from when I first started watching and taking an interest in what was happening off the pitch as well as on it.

I've paid my mortgage off if no one else is going to appreciate that I'll do it myself

As much as I am pleased with the owners, it sounds a bit cringey.

There's that fooking word again. 'Cringey'. If you (and others) 'cringe' so much at the actions of your fellow supporters, I'd suggest you (and others) see a doctor about your apparent social anxiety issues. Seriously, it's bordering on full-blown personality disorder. Why can't it ever be live and let live with football fans? Why do you people criticise the lack of support and then, in the same breath, judge and mock people who are trying to do something different?

Did it ever occur to you that the threat of being called embarrassing by some nobhead, sniggering twats on their high-horse might be what's stopping many people joining in with songs or making up their own?

Which they now know takes time to build and needs a massive amount of money to achive or longer to develop your own players. As for taking money out, fine but it surely shows it is a business decision.

Next idea.

An MBE for Mick Philpott for rebuilding the house he burnt down.

You cynics are looking at this all wrong. The "debt" is money they previously loaned to the club to 'splash out' (yes we all know Sven wasted almost every phooking penny) which they've now wiped out. So effectively they have pumped tens of millions of pounds into the club. Hardly comparable to a mortgage repayment unless you went and bought out an extravagant mortgage (on an absolutely shiit house) for somebody you didn't know.

I think we have the best owners in the football league at the moment but to applause them for paying off the debt they racked up on ambitious over spending is a little OTT I think, if I go on a week long booze cruise to Magaluf I don't expect a standing ovation in Barclays a year later when I finally pay it off

Or perhaps somewhere in the middle. I'd go with businessmen, as I was suggesting. Stick to your extremes if you like though

I won't join in with the applause, as I think its unnecerssary but I totally agree with the post above. Why people feel the need to belittle everything as embarrassing or tinpot is beyond me. Who cares what anyone else thinks, they all take the piss out of how quiet we are anyway. Maybe just live a bit, join in and stop being a miserable bastard for once.

Just not this one for me lol:P

There was ten delmations walking down the street,

Along came Vichai and fancied one to eat,

There was nine delmations walking down the street

Thanks for wiping out the debt (you mostly created) here is some casual racism in your honour.

Just a thought, will they be there ? As I recall that the owners have been criticised for not being at Xmas/New Years games and it then turns out they host a polo tournament in the new year, or something along these lines

I think they can probably afford not to partake in a bit of dog unless of course it is Tibetan Mastiff which one sold recently for $1.5m,at least you'd get 4 legs!

why bother posting on foxes talk... half the posts are from miserable arse holes who disagree with everything.. great idea.. 1 minute of our time for a respect/appreciation wouldnt go a miss at all :)

Trust me those Thai ****ers are partial to dog themselves. Big business over there.

Having travlled through thailand i can say its not big business at all. Dogs were taken from Thailand to Vietnam to be eaten and the reason for this was out of poverty.
