Simonb Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 Drinkwater dyer vardy or moore for me if james gets a good run in the team and continues in this form add him to this
Grewks Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 Think Vardy is getting a little overhyped on here. Most improved yes, along with Moore. But as for the Player of the Season? Not a chance. Still has an average touch, and isn't clinical enough. Cost us the chance to get 3 points at sheffield wednesday, let alone 1. Drinkwater has been far more influential this season. He has ran games from the center of the park, and has been everything we missed last season.
LCFC FOX Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 A joke obviously. I rate Nuge but a lot on here don't seem to. Nugent? He's our top goal scorer though?
BenKimberlin Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 Vardy has improved the most by far and he has one of the best work rates. He also seems to be improving on his finishing. So for me Vardy gets it.
Bert Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 Drinkwater closely followed by Dyer. Vardy certainly most improved.
StanSP Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 Only 3 in the running for player of the season so far - Drinkwater, Dyer & Vardy - like so many mention. Not sure where OP is getting 10 from.
BenKimberlin Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 The whole team is playing much better this season and there are some things that need improving, but who's perfect?????
Unabomber Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 It may seem controversial, but my two players of the season are Drinkwater and Vardy.
dayday Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 The Squirrel for me followed by Vardy then Drinkwater
dmayne7 Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Dyer for me. Agree. And by a fair way from Vardy then Drinkwater.
DennisNedry Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 This season so far has to be Drinkwater, Dyer, Moore or Morgan. Vardy wins marks for effort but doesn't score anywhere near enough for a striker of a promotion-chasing team.
Sampson Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Has to be Drinkwater, closely followed by Dyer. Vardy is the most improved player, but he's still got a way to come yet and needs to improve his finishing over the 2nd half of the season to put him alongside Drinkwater and Dyer for me.
Aus Fox Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Drinkwater by a distance for me so far, but I would have said the sAme thing at this time last year too. Dyer has been great and would be second.
Strokes Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Drinkwater by a distance for me so far, but I would have said the sAme thing at this time last year too. Dyer has been great and would be second. Thats the problem, there is far too much season left. We should have a player of 2013 and consider the bad run Feb -may, with that dyer has been the most consistent for me.
Dickov22 Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Vardy brings so much more to the team than goals. He's quality.
jonah Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Schmeichel has been immense Dyer proberbly having his best season for us but Drinkwater just about gets it for me so far.
fordy_uk2005 Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 It has to be drinkwater he's been unbelievable, that's why Nigel rotates king James Hammond around him.
