Henderson,Mackie,Miller,Tudgay,Cox,Derbyshire,Blackstock and Sharp (if he is still there) and this! It is getting to be a bit of a joke.

If I was a striker I won't want to join as it look like they are unable of providing service for their strikers!

Good signing IMO.

If he can hit the ground running then he'll do really well. Big if, but he's scored goals at this level before.

That's now 10 distinctly average championship strikers they have now (maybe a little harsh on Cox, Sharp and Graham). I doubt any of them are on low wages, e.g. Derbyshire who I believe was signed whilst we were chasing him under Sven? They really are gambling on this idea that FFP can't be implemented, which is a dangerous route to take. Pearson and co. are doing things must more sensibly (and more successfully)

Sharp isn't a Forest player anymore, plays for Reading.

It doesn't matter. Let's pretend he still does cos it makes it easier to laugh at them

One good season in the Championship or 4 good games in the Premier League? Congratulations you've earned a contract at Nottingham Forest!

Only Mackie is decent from that list, excluding Sharp considered he left fvcking ages ago.

Graham is a good signing, he'll do well.

Mackie isn't a striker.

Neither is miller, Derbyshire, Tudgay or Halford. Blackstock was broken by Leeds and Henderson is a red card/gbh charge waiting to happen.

Is tudgay still at the club?

Yep. Not that he's troubled the first team for a good while now. We've sent him out to Barnsley a couple of times but they keep sending him back.

My next question was simply going to be "Why?" But you appear to have answered!

It's been the same with Miller, and despite Billy's attempts to put him in the shop window by bringing him on we can't seem to give derbyshire away.

halford up front works because he'll run all day and Andy Reid can land a peach of a cross on his massive noggin at least once a game. Cox works because he runs and runs and has good football intelligence and brings in the three that play behind him. If this graham chap can do both and be able to shoot we're onto something good.

Not sure what you meant? I have heard that Mackie can play out wide, Tudgay seem to be more of a false no.9 and I know Halford is not primarily a striker but I am certain Derbyshire and Miller is traditional strikers?

Mackie is much more of an attacking midfield type. We play him on the left side of three behind a solitary front man. Tudgay is very much a '9' as opposed to a false nine. Halford is certainly just a tall defender with bags of heart putting himself about a bit up front and miller and Derbyshire are barely good enough to be called footballers let alone forwards.
