De Laet was sensational second half. Probably give it to him on that basis as the first was pretty meh for everyone.

Vardy, scored the goal in a game that was looking increasingly like it was going to be goaless or won by 1 goal

Got the penalty and the free kick that led to the 2nd.

Gave it to Vardy as his lightning pace terrorised their defenders in the second half, but could easily have given it to Morgan, who was immense.

feel robbed of 45 mins of battering them thanks to the weather.

But in a 45 mins where he scored. Won a pen won a free kick due to dickov like pestness and generally took the game to boros back 4 that couldnt cope. No other candidate.

It was between Morgan and Vardy for me but went with Jamie. Both were class acts on the pitch yesterday but Vardy's pace, determination and even skill meant he was the biggest and most dangerous threat to 'Boro

It's typical the striker gets the plaudits. Wes was an absolute monster at the back. Also, what went under the radar in the first half was how well he dealt with the puddles in the first half.

Key was again that we controlled the game from midfield. A tough one but James was excellent.

I voted for Wes and personally thought that he was the obvious choice, clearly not. I would put Vardy and James in 2nd and 3rd respectably.

I think they're both getting plaudits from most on here. Wes was at his absolute best yesterday. Vardy was absolutely fantastic second half though. He didnt give their defenders a minute's peace. Won a penalty, scored, and also won the free kick that we scored from.

Morgan for me. When we seemed on the back foot in the first half he was pivotal in keeping things tight and making sure we didn't concede.

Continued in the same vein in the second half.

Vardy was class and his sheer determination was a joy to behold but Wes just pips it for me.
