Jimothy Posted 2 June 2014 Posted 2 June 2014 Designing Villa's kit must be the easiest job in the world. I swear they haven't changed it for ages. Last years was totally different. It didn't have pin stripes and the sky blue covered the side of the shirt rather than just the sleeves.
Jace Posted 2 June 2014 Posted 2 June 2014 Potential Man City Home - imagine this in Leicester colours I wonder what it would look like.....
kingfox Posted 2 June 2014 Posted 2 June 2014 Real Madrid away shirt, officially the sexiest football shirt ever.

Narborough_fox Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 What's with Adidas announcing all their kits with folding shorts and socks?
lavrentis Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 Football Kit release season can be better then the footballing season IMO
lavrentis Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 Roma Home Brilliant shirt but just short in beating the black Juventus shirt from last season.
Harry - LCFC Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 Wayyy different, plus Burrda aint Nike Don't see how that makes any difference. If two kits are identical surely it doesn't matter who designed it? I'd rather have the shirt a child designed if it looked better than Nike's.

Plus the Nike tick is better, that Burrda logo is awful
Harry - LCFC Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 The point being that the shirts actually have to be different for one to be better than the other. Brand is meaningless in itself.
Fox in the North Posted 3 June 2014 Author Posted 3 June 2014 Personally there is huge a difference. Yes they are similar kits, but the Nike kit is such a better design ( one being that the collar is a lot nicer) and fit in comparison to the Burrda kit. Also I imagine the sponsors wouldn't fall off after the second wash!
lavrentis Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 The point being that the shirts actually have to be different for one to be better than the other. Brand is meaningless in itself. Nah Brand has a part to do with it imo, you don't get Arsenal, Barca, England etc with Burrda do you. Nike is class so the top teams have it
Super_horns Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 Historical link to our away kit this season - not that we need it much! Nice little touch to donate money to the British legion for each shirt sold. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=BREfxdspt0w&app=desktop Mind you it will black and white strips which will bring the cynics out in force!
ScouseFox Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 hate to be cynical but it'll probably just cost £35.99 instead of £34.99 or whatever
Langston Posted 3 June 2014 Posted 3 June 2014 Whenever I feel a little underwhelmed by our kit release, I look at these sides unfortunate enough to have Carbrini, FILA or Diadora and count my lucky stars at how good we've actually got it, helps when our sponsor isn't gaudy or ugly too.

Although I'd much rather have a bespoke kit you can't grumble too much considering some of the shit that the makes you mentioned churn out.
