Swansea City extend kit deal with adidas

Premier League side Swansea City have officially extended their kit deal with adidas which will see the Germand brand manufacture the club’s 2014-15 kits.

Swansea City first signed a kit deal with adidas back in 2011 and it is likely that next season’s kits for the Welsh club will be based on a 2014 template seen on many of the adidas World Cup kits launched recently.

Chairman at Swansea City, Huw Jenkins said, â€œWe are very happy to be renewing our kit sponsorship with adidas – they are an excellent partner for Swansea City Football Club and we feel the quality of kit they provide across all areas of the club from the first team through to the coaching staff is second to none.â€

Having qualified for the Europa League last season, the Swans see them just above the relegation zone with 33 points. Swansea play Newcastle United away, Aston Villa at home, Southampton at home then Sunderland away. Two wins in those four matches is likely to keep the club in the Premier League for next season.

Hull City announce Umbro 2014/18 Deal during Arsenal Match

Hull City have announced that they have agreed a deal with kit manufacturer Umbro for the supply of kits as from the 2014/15 season until 2018. The kits of the club are currently manufactured by Adidas which had replaced the same Umbro in 2010 after the kits of Hull City were manufactured by Umbro between 2007 and 2010. The Tigers, as Hull City are nicknamed, are presently managed by Steve Bruce. Having been promoted from the 2012/13 Championship as runners-up, the team looks set to remain in the top flight for the 2014/15 season.

Hull City announced the deal during the match against Arsenal on the 20th April 2014. At the time, the team was ranking 14th in the league table with six points above the dreaded relegation zone. Although Nike sold off Umbro two years ago, which saw a dip in the number of contracts won by Umbro, the British kit supplier seems to be on an upturn as they have also secured a deal with Everton.

This is what England's home kit should look like. White shorts are shit.

Hate to say it. But portugal have some lovely plain kits over the years.

I fact nike make some decent kits full stop. The 3 porto kits for this season are all nice.
