Don't know about Derby though.

The Nine Digit number that will appear on some live Sport broadcasts on Sky Sports Channels is a security number which identifies that the associated viewing package is a domestic Sky account. This security number is used to identify official Sky Sports subscriptions as domestic rather than business/commercial i.e. this identifies business premises with the incorrect associated Sky subscriptions. This security number will only appear on certain broadcasts and should be discreetly above the channel logo so as not to inhibit your viewing and cannot be removed.
