Mark_from_USA Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 QPR is going to do a Leicester down the stretch - you watch. I see playoff heartache ahead.
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Back from the grave Yes but (in broad Yorkshire accent) "Don't tell em Spike!"
Hack Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 It would still need 2 teams out of Burnley, Derby and QPR to win 4 more than us realistically over the rest of the season to drop us into 3rd now. I cant see it. In relation to the challenge to us going up automatically, this is the key issue. With 16 games to go this is highly unlikely (not impossible for the pessimists)
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Nervous about that match now. They'll have seen the door flung open a tad. Need to be back to our best. I think F@@@st will get 2nd genuinely do
Vacamion Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 I was wondering what Barton's haircut reminded me of. Then it hit me:
Dr The Singh Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Cheers you sheepshagging bastards now get back to playing shit. This! I was wondering what Barton's haircut reminded me of. Then it hit me: White Dee???
CosbehFox Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Buxton and Keogh were immense. I tell you if Russell was playing for us, he'd be a right player. So much pace. Pearson would home his weaknesses.
Guest ttfn Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Nervous about that match now. They'll have seen the door flung open a tad. Need to be back to our best. I'm not really fussed. We're 11 points clear. Again, absolute worst case scenario is that Forest beat us and they're still 10 points behind, we'd be 5 points ahead of Burnley and QPR with 15 games to go. It's never nice losing to your nearest rivals but this is nowhere near as big as the equivalent fixture last year. If we do win it's game over as far as I'm concerned. Nobody's catching us then.
Corky Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Wasn't all that impressed with Will Hughes though, seemed overrun at times and very Andy King-like. Also, on the potential collapse, last season Hull had a good run around the time of our FA Cup replay and rearranged game and we found ourselves 9 points behind them very quickly. Obviously we'll still have a lead this year around the same time of the year.
Mark_from_USA Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 I was wondering what Barton's haircut reminded me of. Then it hit me: I wanna knock out all your lights They'll card me every day I wanna knock out all your lights They'll card me every day
Bluetintedspecs Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Harry in wouldn't talk to Sky shocker.........they eventually caught up with him though.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LppH_eQlqpU
Tielemans63 Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 I was wondering what Barton's haircut reminded me of. Then it hit me: Ha! Really made me laugh that. Mind you, I'd rather have Gene Simmons in my midfield.
Happy Fox Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Just hand over the title and be done with it.
Tielemans63 Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 I remember watching a live game with my Dad last season when QPR where all but relegated. There was a break in play and a shot of Harry sulking on the bench when the commentator said 'Harry Redknapp - looks deflated' - we laughed for about 10 minutes straight.
chili_con_carne Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Barton is such a poor player. He will retire soon
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Barton is such a poor player. He will retire soonThe way he played tonight many people thought he already had done
Hugo Sanchez Posted 10 February 2014 Posted 10 February 2014 Just got back, well that was quite enjoyable. QPR are beyond shite and Derby weren't nothing special. QPR look clueless in possession and have no idea going forward. Derby look playoff at best. Having a fag at HT, got speaking to some derby fan, who happened to work in Braunstone. He said Leicester were the best team in the league and would win it. All in all, goodnight QPR
fuchsntf Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 I reckon city and forest are the 2 best teams in the championship, with Burnley showing more consistency than Derby. At present I cant see anybody doing a Bolton of last season, unless Ipswich start a major run.I reckon if Harry cant find the spark, he will consistently lose games by the 1 goal or draw, seing them struggle for top 6.If city did go unbeaten then I see a few draws, edging them up to the 100pts mark, but I see slip ups against 1-2 lower teams. So with twists and turns that the championship helps to churn the fans stomachs. 1. Leicester ........91 pts 2. Forest .............87 pts 3. Burnley ...........86 pts 4. Derby .............81 pts 5. Reading ..........77 pts 6. Ipswich........... 74 pts..gd 7. QPR .................74 pts
ozleicester Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 Me neither but I can get excited about QPR losing, we are going up said we are going up!!! (incidentally, why is it ok to chant that at a football match but say it on here and everyone tells you off for counting your chickens) I've only got 67 of the 93 chickens I need. Quit counting your chickens. Wazzamattayou? Dammit!!!.... Quit counting your Tofurkeys before theyve been processed.
foxfanazer Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 That game has made me even more confident that this is our year.
Guest Col city fan Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 That game has made me even more confident that this is our year. Same here. It actually looks like Burnley are the best team in the division after us. QPR were shite last night.

Not so worried about them or others catching us I just can't stand losing to them.
surrifox Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 Forest could nick 2nd!!!!!!!! we need their cup run to continue, play as much as possible and lose a bit of focus on what their priorities are
