All of the in game graphics have been stolen from old NES games, and Nintendo have threatened to sue him unless he took it down. It had nothing to do with his claim of it 'taking over his life'. Ah, that explains it. But I was just quoting a (somewhat misleading?) headline which I saw yesterday.

The fact that he claims this has ruined his life, and he's now on the bbc website telling people he might make a sequel pretty much proves it. If the first one's ruined his life why the hell would he make a sequel?!?
