I mean, I love Vardy and he has dramatically improved but has he had a better season than Ings for example? Drinkwater has been marvellous for us, though.
Xen Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Tough one. It'll either go to a top goal-scorer for a top-6 side, (Martin at Derby or Ings at Burnley, for instance), or a midfield playmaker for one of the top 2. If it goes to a Leicester player, my money is on Drinkwater.

Munshi Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Drinkwater has been absolutely superb. Vardy has improved so much its unreal, however you can see it going to Ings purely because of him being top scorer.
Leicester City Gentry Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Drinkwater has added so much to his game this year - and he plays in every direction this year, as opposed to just to the side (which is what a lot of us accused him of last year). He gets my vote as our best player, by some margin. If I were to pick someone from outside the City squad then I would have to say Ings or Norwood. Reid at Forest (dirty scum) also deserves a mention.
Guest ttfn Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Having not seen more than 4 games of anybody other than us, I have no idea and I suspect nobody else does either. Ings gets consistently good reviews, he must have a good chance. Otherwise it will be one of the "names" at QPR. On the ball Barton is a class act at this level.
