UpTheLeagueFox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Leicester - Played 6 Won 4 Drawn 2 - 14pts out of 18 Bournemouth - Played 8 Won 6 Drawn 1 Lost 1 - 19pts out of 24 We dropped four points and were unbeaten, Bournemouth dropped five points and did lose one - but I suggested on Twitter that Eddie Howe should win the March award for their great month and got abuse for daring to suggest such a thing against our fine club. Eight games in a month is a lot to play and to win six is pretty impressive - their only defeat was to a last minute goal at Charlton. I thought I was being fair but judging by the reactions I got, I should perhaps wear blue-tinted specs all the time
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Bournemouth deserve it this month (that way we don't get the curse )
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Bournemouth have won with big score-lines this month, they deserve it. I don't care for these little trinkets across the season anyway, as we as we win the big one at the end of it.
Xen Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Howe should get it. Given the context of each team's achievement, he's done a fantastic job. We're flying high at the minute so we're expected to win our games. The points dropped at Blackburn and Yeovil were dreadful and a disappointment. At Burnley we redeemed that and without that last result, NP wouldn't be being considered, Bournemouth have had a great season but were mid table, and this month they've managed top-2 form. Their team has far fewer resources than ourselves, but they've managed to do just as well this month.
One Legged Beaver Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Howe is probably a shoe in for the Manager award but Schlupp could be a shout for a player of the month nomination, been consistently quality this month?
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 31 March 2014 Author Posted 31 March 2014 Apparently I'm a "plastic fan" for suggesting Howe over Pearson and that Nigel deserves it because "we're top and 19 unbeaten." I tried to explain it was about March only. Perhaps I shouldn't engage with some people on t'internet
Brooksy Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Howe should win it. With us being market leaders it's no surprise that we're still unbeaten.

UpTheLeagueFox Posted 31 March 2014 Author Posted 31 March 2014 I'd stick to conversing with Adrian Durham and Darren "Yuge" Gough in future. I have no idea what you're talking about, Corky
veezeeblue Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Dont fret, Pearson will get manager of the season.
Sampson Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Vardy will surely be a good nomination for player of the month too?
foxfanazer Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Yeah give it Howe this month. Still unbeaten though so could be big Nige!
StanSP Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Howe deserves it. Pearson will get manager of the year.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Howe deserves it. Pearson will get manager of the year. This hopefully
rico Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 no doubt Steve Maclaren will find someway to be nominated again!
FoxInTheBox89 Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Pearson will never get the credit he deserves. Manager of the year will go to Sean "no money" Dyche. for what hes done. Maybe correctly however I just hope Pearson gets his praise also

Leicester_Numan Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Very happy for Howe to win it, they've had some impressive results
