Kitchandro Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Well, the last 10 minutes anyway! I can't believe it's so simple. We need to get thrashed at home more often, that gets the Kop rocking.
Bayfox Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Agreed well not the thrashing part. But sk1 and 2 was brilliant for last 10 or so. 4-1 down who gives a ****. Leicesters going up going up. Infact what we need is to not give up after one verse of each song.
Tom17LCFC Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Last 10 minutes or so were quality, never seen such celebrations celebrating a goal to make it 4-1 haha. Co-incidence or not that the rise in atmosphere coincided with half the people leaving? always seems to be better with a smaller number of people for some reason.
Jakemoore Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Us lot in SK1 didn't stop! But that last 10 was something else! Loved it

LCFC FOX Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I stand at the top of N1 and it was quality in the last 10, the only good thing about the game.

I still thought it was relatively full, it's just that I think people leaving as soon as the 4th went in sort of annoyed the people who stayed, and it just sort of lit a fuse. I know a lot of people hate this 'I'm a better fan than you' stuff, and sometimes I agree, but actually, it was that which created the atmosphere near the end. It was people being proud to properly love the club instead of just loving success. A sense of entitlement does a group of fans good sometimes, no matter what anyone says.
ryanlcfc888 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Im at the top of p1 and the last ten minuites were brilliant
Tom's Pasta Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Those fans leaving at 4-0 seemed to encourage everyone to be louder and show everyone who the real fans are. Loved that last 10 minutes
Monsell1976 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Us lot in SK1 didn't stop! But that last 10 was something else! Loved itCredit were credits due the kop looked really good at times
Jakemoore Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Fans leaving early is fair enough but thanks because all you did was make our night that bit better!
fordy_uk2005 Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Admittedly the performance didn't do enough to get the crowd going but surely tonight should of been a celebration of what was achieved not just today's result, embarrassingly quiet for a team promoted!
Bayfox Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Thought most of the ground was brilliant for the last ten minutes to be honest. Can't really comment on the rest of the ground as I was taken in by what was going on around me. So couldn't hear anything else over that noise. As discussed before and I don't want another debate but the kp is shit for vocals so l1 for example being the opposite end of the gground and singing across the pitch really is inaudible at times from sk1. Would actually love to know from a player what it sounds like on the pitch.
Jakemoore Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Credit were credits due the kop looked really good at timesI've done L1, K1 and SK1, and that tonight was the best but we all know that it's not consistent enough. The kop need to be the 12th man next season. We're going to need it! Come on guys and girls, our club will need us next season!
1964FOX Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Yes agree the last ten minutes were great and definitely influenced by the mass exodus on 80 minutes. Just a shame we couldn't do that when only one nil down as it may have cleared the boys on the pitch of their hangover from the weekend.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Us lot in SK1 didn't stop! But that last 10 was something else! Loved itVery good especially second half in SK1 ( first half was a bit flat)Last 10 minutes something else Personally love the right side left side stuff (I know some don't but personally thought it got us going more)
Simonb Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I don't get down as much as I would like due to money but it was immense in sk1 thanks to everyone in the block for making what could have been a crap evening fantastic 4-1 down who gives a f***
lgfualol Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I had a good giggle at everyone singing the okey cokey
Itsthejoeker Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I bet a large majority of usual traffic beaters stayed back to vilify those who did this time and were to scared to leave when they usually do.
Guest MattP Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Can only echo what's been said, the plastics leaving revved up everyone else and the last ten minutes was great.

Nearly got a Mexican wave going but the boring East stand didn't want to join in! It's not like we were being battered or anything

I'm lucky to get down 5 times a year. I go away far more than home but tonight in SK1 was amazing so cheers lads you made my night and my long journey home a happy one despite the result!!

This is a message to all fair-weather supporters: In the name of the club, big thanks for spending your hard earned money and now... Time to go! (x8) F&<k off!
ScouseFox Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 why did it take 80 minutes and the "plastics" leaving for all the hard core ultra heroic fans to start singing?
