I've been following your forum for a while now and really enjoyed looking in on your thoughts on us, and all things Championship. I still can't believe that your not certain that you'll be champions, you will be, hopefully just based on your own results, not ours. We weren't great at Blackpool, but we won. We were as good as I've seen us for a couple of months against Boro and lost, it's just the way it is at this stage of the season. I'm pretty sure that we are there now and look forward to seeing you, and contributing here (if you don't mind) over our upcoming Premier League seasons.

Eh, I think it's not so much not certain of the title as them being eternal pessimists looking for a reason to complain - seems we have a lot of fans who are only happy when they can moan. I expected Ravell Morrison to cause problems when he came on, but I thought he was fairly anonymous. How could they be so poor with the players they have?

That said we thought svens team would eventually click! Derby have done amazingly well and think they will make the final but will lose to wigan.

Foxes Blue Blood Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 I want a Wigan win, whilst I also would like Burnley to get 2nd I hope they lose their three remaining matches, Derby to lose against Barnsley so no pressure on Burnley then the title is ours and Burnley second. For me now it's writing the history book, Leicester champions by ??points (7 at the moment). that is what people will see in the future not who was present at the match when it was confirmed.

I doubt it, they've under performed all year - I think mclaren was in charge till the end of September - 23 points from 9 games. Since then they've got 50 from 34 games, they'd be struggling to even make the playoffs if it weren't for mclaren. It's all part of being a football fan I suppose Doc. We are 7 points shy of you and we think we have no chance of catching you, yet we are 8 points clear of Derby, yet we think they are tied on for second! True to an extent, but there is a point where it goes from being cautious to being down right miserable - and I would say still doubting it when 1 more win would do it for us, or 2 draws for you would do it for both of us, is just being miserable.
Kitchandro Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 We'll probably win the title on Tuesday and I won't be there. So it'll be an anti-climax whatever, it's either listen to it on the radio or we get promoted tomorrow when we're not playing. I'm not that bothered about celebrating the title win anyway, it's been in the bag for a while, it was promotion that was the big thing and I wanted to celebrate that properly.
