You have seen this thread right? You have seen how slow the site is added to the fact they closed the queue a couple of hours ago? 800 x 2 = 1600 by the way.

That's nearly 1 1/2 season tickets processed every minute. There's no way that the ticket office and website combined could ever be that efficient.

Of course they closed the queue because there are too many people down there, so I would expect them to be busy until closing. If they close at 5 then thats 1600, maybe they stay open a bit longer or the website might start working, so probably a few more, hence 2000 as a maximum.

I got up at 7 In the morning and logged on, no cues I just had to wait for it to stop saying "coming soon", which was at about 9:40. After that I selected my seat and confirmed the order and everything was fine. Does any one know how long it will take for them to deliver the ticket, so that I can stop worrying about it not placing the order

Illusion35 Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 Tried for three hours this am. Website down. Couldn't even get in the phone queue. So went to KP at 12. Queued for two hours then got kicked out of the queue because there were too many people. Fuming! My name is on the list for tomorrow morning, but I'm working all day every day now until Saturday. Spoke to head of ticketing Scott Paul who said he'd ring me personally tomorrow. Not holding my breath!

Buzzell Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 Been online since 9am with no luck and restarting the queue on many occasions, after 12 I also kept trying to phone through and eventually at half 2 managed to join queue on there and after 30minute wait managed to get my season ticket. So keep trying the phones is my advice as will get message that they are busy with few holding/queue music playing followed by message then eventually you should get through. Exactly this!! I spent about 10 minutes ringing the ticket line before actually getting through and then about another 20 minutes until I was through to someone! KEEP TRYING GUYS!!!
