I'm not overly concerned as my payment was confirmed by her but I'm yet to receive that confirmation email. Just for peace of mind, anyone else get theirs or still waiting? Cheers

So whether there's 10000 people trying or just me and about five others at half 2 last night it was never going to work. Why didn't they just tweet/put a quick note on the website saying don't bother with lcfcdirect it doesn't work? Would've saved me about 18 hours of that spinning bastard wheel.

Restored my faith in the club, he was great and has sorted my tickets. If you have any problems down at the ground today, ask for him!

ScouseFox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 but some people have managed to get them online so it seems very strange yeah i thought that initially and was going to contest it because "technical fault" is the easiest get out ever and a way to shift the blame away from the fact they simply don't care about people using the website but i couldn't be bothered arguing with him, not his fault. he said "we only realised there was a technical issue when collating online sales figures late last night", which to me sounds like they presumed they'd quit for the day and check how many they'd sold online only to find that figure was about 10 instead of 1000.

We haven't heard a dickie bird in terms of apologies or explanation. All we get is 'season tickets off to a flyer' and basically them advertising, as if they need to. The club being a disgrace again.

The club being a disgrace again. i replied to jim asking if they'd fixed the "issue", or if there was no point in even trying the website because i'd end up spending another 12+ hours staring at loading bars etc. and if that was the case were they ever going to issue an apology or tell fans not to waste full days trying to do something the club knew full well wouldn't work. gonna be a phone day today for me. can't wait.

So came down to the kp arriving just after 6.30 as I live in Cheshire. I reckon there's about 100ish in front of me & queue growing fast now. Grrrrrrr! Fair play to you
