OzFox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 still in the queue.. and.. AND.. is it just me, or is that scrolling bar thing.. not level?... now that really pisses me off You planning on a regular commute or moving back home? I'm wondering how i'll get tickets next season bearing in mind I can only make 6 or 7 games
The Year Of The Fox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Dad's gone down to renew our tickets and just told me there's nearly 200 in the queue already. No offence to you or your dad but its people like that that are making it more difficult to get their hands on new STs. Unless you're away for the next 3 weeks what's the rush?
Guest Papasmurf Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 yep. i assume there is just nobody answering the phone. terrific. I'd have no issue at all if they just said this on a recorded message to save me wasting my time. It's the lack of any communication or guidance from the club that irritates me somewhat. If I need to go down to the stadium to get a ticket as the website won't work and nobody is answering the phones I wish they'd just say so.

Unless you're away for the next 3 weeks what's the rush? There were quite a few in the queue yesterday who were renewing. Ticket office chap was going up and down the line asking about renewals and explaining there was no need for them to be there. But some still remained. I guess that some were maybe buying an extra seat or moving but there were definitely some who did not need to be there.
martyn Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Guarantee they're just not answering. Rang through at 8.59, was pressing 1 to try and reconnect and then was confronted with the "Busy" message.

I'll ring up in a couple of weeks and get straight through no problem. To be fair there's not much you can really do if current STHs are stupid enough to not understand that your seats held til 2nd June
ScouseFox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 there is now more users reading this thread alone than there was trying to use lcfcdirect last night and this thread still works!
broughtonblue Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I take back what I was saying yesterday. Had a phone call from the head of ticketing as he promised when he suspended the queue yesterday. Restored my faith in the club, he was great and has sorted my tickets. If you have any problems down at the ground today, ask for him!Not had my call yet! What was the chaps name? Scott something?

skmanuk Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Got here at 8.50 and will be through the shop door in 5 mins
Loyalist Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Anyone know how many have sold roughly? Im guessing the 7000 will go quickly?!
Buzzell Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I was lucky enough to get through on the phone yesterday. The agent took my email addy and i'm sure she said a confirmation email would be sent. I'm not overly concerned as my payment was confirmed by her but I'm yet to receive that confirmation email. Just for peace of mind, anyone else get theirs or still waiting? Cheers They didn't ask me for my email but said something about something coming through the post to confirm it. I was too excited about getting through to actually listen to what they said, wish I would of paid attention. Checked the bank last night and nothing has actually come out of my account but I would expect it to take a few days to process!

Unless you're away for the next 3 weeks what's the rush?Because he might be buying a third ticket and wants to get it next to the other two.
TJ Fox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I'm trying online as it's my only real option not living in Leicester any more (don't think my mum would be prepared to go down and queue all day for me...). I've been a member for years and went to more than half the home games and a few away last year - seems a shame there's not a tiered system in place i.e. ST renewals first, then members, then general sale, or maybe I'm just saying that as it would help me out!! Anyway, my dilemma is this...I want to sit near my mates in SK2 and they believe the people next to them are moving seats for next year. There are a few single seats near them still according to LCFC Direct, but none right next to them. If I bought one of them, do you think it would be possible to move later in the summer if someone nearer my mates decided not to renew/move?
chapero82 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I have finally got to the music on the phones I've started at queue position 4 maximum capacity is it? Wow
