Buzzell Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 Forget doing it online! Ring up the ticket office tomorrow as soon as it opens! And if you fail, keep ringing! You have a much better chance of getting through than doing it online. I was sat at work for 3 and a half hours waiting online with no avail. So I gave the ticket office a call and after a numerous of failed attempts, I then got through, and after 20 minutes of nearly pulling my hair out I was through and got it sorted within 5 minutes. Only other thing you could try is doing it online at a random time early in the morning? Maybe (hopefully) the demand will have died down then.
Livid Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 I think the phone may be the best option. I got as far as logging on, all I get now when selecting the Season Ticket option is a 404 Server Error. Just as well I have a football mad understanding boss!

chapero82 Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 I tried ringing dead on 9am and all I got was it was going to terminate my call all day, and every time I log in online it just puts me back in the queue, imagine queuing up this amount of time and getting to the front and being told to get back to the back of the queue 600 times or more, if I have to go all the way to leicester in the morning, I will feel sorry for the cashiers
