halferowley2 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Renewing yet again just can't help myself. Just a note to new or returning after a gap STH the season tickets are no longer cardboard they are now plastic. We are all plastic now.
CosbehFox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 On the off-chance that's a plastic reference, I don't have a sob story - I don't think there is anything wrong with simply not wanting to go to every home game because you enjoy participating in/watching other sports. I do admire the commitment though of those who come from miles away, week in week out. I just don't bloody want to now in preference to doing something else I love. The Levein years broke me. Where was I when we were shit? I was there. If you meant it in more of an X Factor Sob story vein, we usually swap tickets to keep people happy if they really want to see certain matches though we don't accept bereavement, single parent struggles or bullying as viable reasons. I think we will swap Palace with Villa though - good shout. It was a genuine jibe at X Factor style rubbish.
JJS84 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 2000 to 2012 (wow there were some bad season in that stint!) and as of 5:15 today!
Vlad the Fox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 About 23/24 years in Kop, new Kop, and l1. Renewing when I don't have to queue.

orangecity23 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Going to renew, in SK2, when there isn't a queue, do dee do do doo.
justfoxes Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Season ticket holder since the filbo days had it for 20 years + seen the good and the bad and now the sublime !! Unfortunately tho because of work commitments ie crap rota as my job is not a 9-5 and spread with shifts spread over 7 days nights and days and other reasons had to give it up a couple of years ago but I still try and get to at least 10 games a season home and a few away !! But it doesn't stop me supporting the best damn football team in this country our beloved Leicester City !! Thru thick and thin and what's great as we live a way from Leicester my little 8year old is not a manure or chelski fan like his mates but supports a proper team like his dad and he enjoyed every minute of Saturdays game and presentation !!
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I've always thought there seem to be plenty on here who don't actually attend games? Personally, season ticket holder on and off for decades. Will certainly be renewing.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 ST holder and renewing mine and the lads when the madness subsides COYB
Storming Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 L1 to Old to sit down make the most of it there will be times when we cant stand up (and I dont mean just at matches )
ashby_fox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Had a season ticket since 94/95 in the Kop SK1 at Filbo, was a member before that. SK1 at Walkers/KP stadium, renewing for 20th year.
EastNeukFox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 SK3 for me and Goddy Fox, .....but think I might wait until things are a bit more calm down at the KP!
pleatout Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Original plastic - 1994 (the first prem adventure) Although I was only 11. Missed the 2005/2006 season (moved out of home and was skint) Back as a SH 2006/2007 and have been ever since. So 19 out of 20 years. Not too bad. Jeez is it that long ago? Missed a handful of games since '82 but only had a seaso since '94. Plastic, me.
