Ross-Kemp Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I knew Moore wouldn't be playing tonight after I seen him pull up at LRI about 6pm.
sphericalfox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Why is Stringer talking to Bourne like he's talking to a simpleton?
Corky Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Why is Stringer talking to Bourne like he's talking to a simpleton? Stringer's big time. He's been on the Apprentice, you know.
Fox92 Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Why is Stringer talking to Bourne like he's talking to a simpleton? I was going to defend Bourne, but then he just hit the seats to prove they are padded so we can hear it
sphericalfox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I was going to defend Bourne, but then he just hit the seats to prove they are padded so we can hear it I appreciate the idea of radio 'padding', I think was just trying to give nice picture of the seating and perhaps fill some air time. Stringer's coming across really cocky tonight for some reason. More than normal.

Stringer's coming across really cocky tonight for some reason. More than normal. Maybe because he's back to where it all started for him, so he's got to impress.
Guest Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Any streams for this? http://www.bbc.co.uk/radioleicester
sphericalfox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Tags stopped him from him going on about Hamer. He's changed tack now.
davieG Posted 4 August 2014 Author Posted 4 August 2014 Hamer keeping clean sheet would be the best result tonight.
TrentFox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Why is Stringer talking to Bourne like he's talking to a simpleton?Stringer talks to everyone likes he's a simpleton, from what I can make out.
sphericalfox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Hamer keeping clean sheet would be the best result tonight. Yes, it would, but would it be the end of the world if he didn't? As long as the players out get the fitness they need from the match. A win is merely a bonus, a clean sheet too.
Devonfox1884 Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 What's the score? 0-0. Schlupp with the only real shot in anger, well saved by the keeper.
Steven Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 0-0. Schlupp with the only real shot in anger, well saved by the keeper. 0-0 Thank you.

Well of course fitness is the most important aspect but I'm commenting on the result, normally I don't mind a high scoring win but I just feel that Hamer getting a clean sheet will be especially good for his confidence it might also remove some fans from his back.
Guest Col city fan Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Sounds like Riyad, Riyad, Riyad.. Is having a stinker tonight so far.
Devonfox1884 Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Sounds like Riyad, Riyad, Riyad.. Is having a stinker tonight so far. Hasn't had a great pre-season really...
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Christ Stringer and Taggart combined are poor. Youngy was a bumbling oaf sometimes but at least he was interesting to listen to. No disrespect to Tags but his tone of voice is very dull and seems to over describe points instead of being sharp and to the point.
davieG Posted 4 August 2014 Author Posted 4 August 2014 Probably got a world cup hangover, hard to motivate yourself after such a high. i'm sure he'll perk up when the opposition is the PL.
