ToeKneeHandCock Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 If true, at the the prices mentioned in that article it's a great bit of business. £2m euros a year would be just over 30k a week.
Babylon Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 That latest link from Argentina is interesting, adding more detail in terms of money and length of contract. Good bad or indifferent, the bloke was a ledge and it's exciting he might be in a Leicestee shirt.
cjslcfc Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Do you reckon this signing would also see an uplift in shirt sales? Would it be that type of signing?

Fez of Mahrez Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 F**k it, let's have a little party now the thread police have gone before Cambiasso's plane gets diverted to Upton Park.
Babylon Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 He took one look at our swish new shirt and signed up.
MozeyCo Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Can't wait to see Drinkwater and James develop under a legend, should prove exciting.
Jimothy Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 What we've learnt from today is the level of hostility that comes when one person disagrees with the consensus, argues their corner and doesn't back down. Also responds to piss-taking rather than shirking away from it, then gets slammed for so doing. Whether it be Sven, Beckford, QPR or Esteban bloody Cambiasso I've continued to suggest that things may not be as clear cut as people make out AND generally tried to do so with a degree of humility and a sense of humour. But enough is enough. I don't want to be a part of it no more. So I'm off. I hope that City do well this season and, as I've maintained, they are given time by us fans and this forum. To all those who have responded to some of my ideas and opinions with some agreement, debate and pleasantry, I thank you. Adios amigos. Take care all. I've just discussed with you why Cattermole would be a shit signing. I may have done with a bit of ridicule, but maybe that's because it's such a ridiculous idea. You've responded by telling us you're going to stop posting. Yet we're the ones who aren't willing to discuss things? Ok!
Callabinho Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Another name Alan Young won't be able to get horribly wrong......
Fez of Mahrez Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Oh whoa whoa We've got Esteban Cambiassooo Drinky and Moore and Vardy and Morgan Knocky, Riyad and Jamoooo I turn into Ric Flair a bit when we make exciting signings. What a norris.

Ok! the best thing to do is just ignore it and move on, you aren't going to ever change his mind so no point in wasting your effort and time in replying back also clogging up foxestalk thread pages with a load of BS
chapero82 Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Another name Alan Young won't be able to get horribly wrong...... Good job he isn't on BBC radio Leicester anymore then tbf I find him a lot more interesting than Taggart

ScouseFox Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 we're actually gonna sign him. this is amazing. (i did say this and have this feeling about davids, henry, beckham & riquelme, amongst others) remember when we were linked to riquelme. i nearly died of excitement.
Robin JD Popley Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Below is Rob Tanner's tweet to me about 15 mins ago - seems to confirm what we already know. RobTannerMerc: @robinjdpopley last i heard they were locked in talks but looks promising.
