jayfox26 Posted 8 August 2014 Posted 8 August 2014 Another great side effect of this signing is that Cambiasso could potentially act as a pretty decent pull for other players to join who were previously undecided. thats what ive been saying. With Cambiasso it's not just about is he good enough for the prem, which im certain he is, its about the experience he can bring on and off the pitch and the influence he can have on our young midfielders. Add that to what you've said about him attracting other players to join us and its a no brainer!

I've sparred with Col many a time and he obviously didn't do himself any favours but like his opinions or not, he's is actually a decent member of the forum. He puts some thought into his arguments and has his own opinion which he sticks to. Obviously he deserved a bit of stick but when its 10 pages of bashing 1 person for having a different opinion, its a bit too far in my opinion.

He himself said he wants a new challenge, something different, and wants to play in England. I reckon we fit the bill nicely.
