HesNotGudjonsonn2 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Hi Guys, I have heard about this thing on FIFA called Momentum and wandered if it was really true as it seems such an absurd idea that if you are doing well the computer can decide to make you go suddenly pathetic. I have felt this in my last five games where about 90% of all my passes have been to short and intercepted, my shots are going well wide if they actually manage to shoot as there is a lot of falling over going on. I am getting the most blatant of fouls not being given to me, my players are running away from the ball, changing their mind at the last minute or just standing there and they are getting muscled off so easily as well. Does Momentum really exist and if so, is there anyway of counteracting it? Help Please as I'm getting annoyed at it.
HesNotGudjonsonn2 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Just tried again to see the momentum had stopped going against me. 13 shots with only 3 on target including missing an open goal by skyping it twice. These shots were all done by Ronaldo so clearly not lacking shooting ability. Also noticed that every time I tackle at the moment it bobbles off to one of their men.

I said If you're losing the game will give you a opportunity to get back into the game. E.g. your passes will ALL string together and your shot WILL go on target....

Am I just really unlucky or do these people make the final cus their connection is so pants and everyone suffers the lag. I've given up on tournaments now cus of this. Pointless.

MC Prussian Posted 11 January 2015 Author Posted 11 January 2015 I find it strange that only on Sundays, the opposition AI acts strangely and is oftentimes harder to beat than usually. I mean, they suddenly come up with all sorts of sudden movements, completely evading my attempts at defending. Sometimes, it feels as if they're programmed to score against me, no matter what I do.

I bought Aymeric Laporte in my 2nd season, and he was whingeing a bit about being home sick until finally he asked to leave. So I put him on the transfer list. Just had an email from the club saying that he's been sold for £9.5m............to CHELSEA Homesick me arse!!!
