Lcfclee Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Which penalty decision is most laughable A) Wes Morgan B) David speedie C) Erland Johnsen D) other please state For me it was the speedie incident
Guest Bilo Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Yesterday was bad, but the Erland Johnsen incident made national headlines. It was that poor a decision. It still pisses me off nearly 18 years later!
foxfanazer Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Yesterday was bad, but the Erland Johnsen incident made national headlines. It was that poor a decision. It still pisses me off nearly 18 years later! Eurgh Dennis Wise!
Guest Bilo Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Eurgh Dennis Wise! The most punchable man in football. Would have loved Prior to stick one on the cvnty little troll.
Fox92 Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 I can remember being at Bramall Lane when Kisnorbo "conceded" a penalty and was sent off. But in fact the always annoying Billy Sharp had dived and got caught outside the penalty area.
Corky Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Kisnorbo at Ipswich. Outside the box, clean tackle, gave a goal kick when it should've been a corner originally, then sent him off when it wasn't a clear goalscoring opportunity. Positively the worst succession of bad decisions I've witnessed.
Kinowe Soorie Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Yesterday was bad, but the Erland Johnsen incident made national headlines. It was that poor a decision. It still pisses me off nearly 18 years later! Same!!!
Kinowe Soorie Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Didn't someone dive in the Swindon Play Offs game? Paul Bodin?
Bettsj2 Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Didn't someone dive in the Swindon Play Offs game? Paul Bodin? Bodin scored the Penalty. Steve White was the diving bastard that day.
Kinowe Soorie Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Bodin scored the Penalty. Steve White was the diving bastard that day. That is up there with the worst penalty decisions! Also Muzzy's one at Man Utd!
Dan Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Matt Mills vs Forest was a tad unfortunate Never forgiven Moss for that. Again, they weren't mistakes - that was plain and utter bias.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Bodin scored the Penalty. Steve White was the diving bastard that day. This ridiculous penalty gets somewhat forgotten about yet I thought it was worse than the Speedie pen.
Spiritwalker Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 The 2 Kisnorbo ones were shockers and both in the same season if I remember correctly. However c) has to take it for me, the closest I have come to destroying my own TV.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 That is up there with the worst penalty decisions! Also Muzzy's one at Man Utd! I have to admit through gritted teeth that Muzzy had no right to take that penalty until Barthez was ready according to the rules. Barthez should have been booked for timewasting though. I think a dubious penalty would have to cost us the FA Cup final or League title to surpass Erland Johnsen.
Kitchandro Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Bodin scored the Penalty. Steve White was the diving bastard that day. That was a much worse decision than the Speedie one. The dive wasn't remotely convincing.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Cardiff away in the playoffs. Definitely offside.Perhaps not the worst in terms of poor decisions (though it was still incredibly poor) but the consequences of that penalty were absolutely massive
Saxondale Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Then, at the other end of the pitch, the four blatant penalties that bent French ref Remi Harrel didn't give us against Atletico Madrid, after being paid off by some criminals (allegedly).
bluesbrothers Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Yann Kermorgant made a pretty terrible decision.
MattGamble92 Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Matt mills at forest was the worst decision ever. Never seen a referee actually level it up for a team so much. We destroyed them that day
LCFCDannyB Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 I can remember being at Bramall Lane when Kisnorbo "conceded" a penalty and was sent off. But in fact the always annoying Billy Sharp had dived and got caught outside the penalty area. Also at home to forest when Sharp dived and got a penalty when we drew 2-2,
VLC86 Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Never forgiven Moss for that. Again, they weren't mistakes - that was plain and utter bias. Thought Moss had a good day personally.....
