FA Cup Third Round Leicester City v Newcastle United

I know it's only Newcastle Reserves but sounds like Albrighton is playing like he has a point to prove. Good to hear.

We made seven changes just as they did. Albrighton, Lawrence and Moore all sound like they are doing well though.

Yeah I know we made loads of changes but I was more on about how Albrighton was doing vs. their players, even though they are reserves so it's hard to judge.

Literally no mention at all on Soccer Saturday. Assuming it's a really shit, boring game?

No cup shock available. No Champions League sides involved. No flurry of goals.

I'd be happy for it to be boring till full time, another win is just what the doctor ordered ahead of next week.

We scored from a corner on the first day of the season

Apparently, from someone Stringer spoke to, it's been 356 corners since we last scored from one.

tbf stan that's the most interesting statistic he's come up with this game (if true), if not the only one (if true)

I don't give two shits about the FA cup , I just want us to win today to build confidence mostly now we have two home games coming up.

The worst thing that could happen now is we end up drawing .

I think the stat relates to scoring directly from a corner.

Actually a good cup run can do wonders for our confidence

He was talking about direct from a corner.

What, as in straight in without anyone touching it? Or just one person touching it?

Either way it's a fvcking stupid stat.

No, as in Steve Walsh vs Arsenal all those years ago.
