Must Win Games...

Weve won 4 in 25

Is it realistic that we will win 5 or 6 in 13? genuinely?

This must win games tag is a fallacy anyway. The games at the beginning of the season v the likes of Burnley were massive, even though nothing was decided at that time.

Must win for the team is when mathematically we must win. I agree.

5 or 6 in 13....Why not? The games are up for grabs and with Kram, Mahrez, Cam, Huth on the pitch together, i see us with a decent shot so to speak.

Who cares if it is realistic or not, if we as fans, give up then why should the players bother? after all we are already relegated of course.

I prefer we get behind the team, cheer them on and enjoy being where we are this season.

Yes we have had some shockers this season, but a little perspective is needed, we nearly lost our club as we know it, we could have easily ended up as another Coventry. I for one prefer a season in the prem as a posed to a life time of oblivion.

COME ON YOU BLUES.

How on earth did they pull that off?

I think they are still wondering that.

They had two games in hand and they, in effect, won them

Palace and now, west brom are too far away after this evening.

Means from our perspective, threre are five teams fighting it out and the highest we can finish is 16th. Looking extremely difficult at best and quite honestly, dire.

We've struggled all season playing against the teams around us but at the same time we've been impressive against the big 4 teams yet without winning (excluding united at home). I personally can't see that changing! I think we'll continue to struggle against the likes of Hull, West Brom, QPR etc but we'll probably play well against Everton, Chelsea and man city but come away with nothing.

This makes me feel a bit more hopeful

Given that the league is weaker imo than last year, we have an even better chance. Not to mention Sunderland beat some of the biggest teams in their run at the end of last season

We need one freak result, one lucky result (which we are due) and 4 wins from the quality we are capable of...Simple.  You could make a bloody good film about it if we stop up!

Unlike a lot of our fans they did not give up.

Our stadium and away ends remain full. There are not negative vibes filtering on to the pitch, so as long as the players don't give up then we are fine and will continue to battle.

What gets written on forums and spoken about in pubs won't impact anything.

36 points guarantees safety Imo but could end up being less.

We'd have to double our present tally + add to it possibly in just a third of a season.

Nice run in but tall order given we've not beaten enough of the teams around us to date.

Probably need a run of 3 wins on the spin somewhere along the lines.

Consider every game a must not lose now pretty much.

lol
