walkerleeds Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Ipswich are SO going to win that league now.
Banks Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Having no Mahrez or Knockaert on the wings next season is going to break my heart.
ImBlue Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Don't think 3 games was enough of a sample data and I actually thought he was good vs both Villa and Stoke. Abysmal v Everton on opening day granted. And if being abysmal in a 2-2 draw with Everton is a deciding factor hopefully we won't see Upson in a leicester shirt again.

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 There's no place for him here, so I don't believe he will pull on a City shirt again. I doubt he will be overly missed.
ImBlue Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 We could end up with Schlupp and Albrighton as first choice wingers. That's depressing.
Buzzell Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Good move for him so he can get back playing again but gutted because we'll probably never see him play here again due to the fact his contract is up at the end of this season. He would of been useful if we did end up going down. Good luck to him.

Silverdaz Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 We could end up with Schlupp and Albrighton as first choice wingers. That's depressing. No it will be Schlupp and Lawrence with Hopper and Vardy up top

shen Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 We could end up with Schlupp and Albrighton as first choice wingers. That's depressing. Dyer mk 2 and Albrighton as wingers in the Championship is "depressing"?? If we can hold on to Ulloa and Kramaric, that's as good an attacking lineup as you'll see in a second-tier league...

If we can hold on to Ulloa and Kramaric, that's as good an attacking lineup as you'll see in a second-tier league... Kramaric will not be here next season. And schlupp is not dyer, he makes dyer look like he has ronaldo style end product. Albrighton, remember him at Wigan last season? No, not do I, tells you all you need to know about him in the 'second tier league'
Babylon Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Albrighton, remember him at Wigan last season? No, not do I, tells you all you need to know about him in the 'second tier league' So Pearson's not that much of an idiot for not playing him now then.
Spicer Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 I really hope we don't let Knocky go. Love the little guy.
Bayfox Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 goodbye then knocky. shame as he would have been useful next season. infact as most want to play with a 3 behind a front 1 for the rest of this season he could play anywhere in that 3. i for 1 will be sad to see him leave. still think he has something to offer. as for a lack of pace. if we are so detailed in watching players before we buy. we must have known this. so was he only brought for the championship.
GingerrrFox Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Complete waste of his obvious talents. He wasn't a winger in France, he played all of his football in the number 10 role behind a striker, he's never once been utilised in that position for Leicester. If he was given a run in the side in that position I feel he would definitely be good enough to play in the Premier League. He's clearly not quick enough to play out wide at this level though.
Callabinho Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 One of Nigel's biggest flaws, what has he done? He's not even been given a ****ing chance to play, because twat features won't have it.......
Guest Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Assuming he signs for someone on a free in summer as he will still be under 24 I assume we will get compensation?
eddylcfc Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 This has topped off what a laughable season Pearson has had. Knockaert is a whole hearted performer, yes he gives the ball away and yes he dips in and out of games but the guy has extreme quality on the ball and can produce that piece of magic to tip games in our favour. He has been an integral part of the squad that got us to where we are and he will be needed next year if/when we get relagated. To lose him for free in the summer would severely anger me. For me if we had a different manager Knockaert would probably be a player that most would use more often. This is another decision from Pearson that is laughable. The man is infuriating!

He's played and been woefully bad. However, plenty of others have too and they've continued to play Perhaps his interviews have weighed on that, although he's featured in he matchday squad more recently so maybe not
