I never knew the guy but I still often think how awful it was when we found out. Terribly tragic, it is good however that he is still remembered fondly on here.

I didn't know the exact date but thought it was around this time.

Was thinking of him yesterday.

Not the same without him at the football and as Deathside says - I miss him a lot. Top bloke.

Hope his wife and son are getting on okay.

As you can see, I wouldn't have known him (only joined a month ago), but I can already feel the sentiments and love towards him.

RIP.

Sad stuff :(

I'm in the same boat as Monk but remember him fondly from here. I missed an opportunity to meet him and everyone else at the Ipswich game two seasons ago. Hope his wife and son are getting on ok.

I never knew him, but can certainly see he is missed.

What a tragic death. I hope his family are as well as they possibly can be.

I will certainly make an effort to meet a few of the good folk from FT.

My next away game is Walsall, Row E, Nathko Darkervic is ready to be touched by the FT flag and members.

I joined this forum after this tragic incident, but he obviously meant a hell of a lot to many people on this forum, so my deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

RIP :(

I can only echo the sentiment, he'd have been a great addition to the swan crowd as we always had a good laugh at the pub.

:( he was a great laugh and a good man. Sadly missed still.

As has been said, I can only hope that his family are ok and in good health.

I was not priveleged enough to have met Janx in person.

However I hope his wife and child like others have said are getting on okay.

RIP.

I only managed to witness a few of his posts on here but can see how much he meant to everyone. My regards go out to his Wife and Kids and I hope he's settled in up there! RIP.

I miss Janx. He was a top bloke.

Hope Sarah and Charlie are ok, if you are reading.

These two years have gone by so fast. I walked past the garden of remembrance the other day before Yeovil and had a good think about Janx. I hope his wife and little lad are coping as well as they can.

I actually found a picture of Janx and Esther I took in the Highcross about 3 or so years ago that I found the other day hidden in a file on my computer, I will post it. It was Esther holding his nose because he had hiccups I think, comical.

janx used to scare the hell out of me on here, i could never win an argument with him! abiding memory though is of a lovely chap, whether in the pub, or falling up the seats in L1.

on a different note, we need more deathside in our lives!
