I guess the way you have to look at it is that everything is relative. Hes not achieved anything at this level and his teams dont play great football, to him this is good. The problem is to every other ****er in the game its shite!

Whwre are they in actually challenging the narrative? how are we allowing Marti to get away with "we need to look at ourselves", "we need to address this on the pitch" without any real pressure being applied? Where are the senior reporters following up on Tops comments, 9 weeks and counting, wants to be closer but still not visible? No movement on the technical director front other than social meadia rumours, they allow the club and those within it such an easy ride!

The blame for me lies firmly at the managers feet here, how we are at this stage of the season and he still persists with him, and a system where he cannot function (the same with others) is hugely concerning.

I get it from a results perspective, but these performances, the lack of fight, the constant going down under any form of contact, the horrendous mistakes are all far too unnaceptable. Its embarrassing to see this group wear the shirt.

Its not necessarily the switching of sports thats the issue, rather the willingness of those in the environment to embrace the ideas and change. Clubs make these appointments but fail to go all in.
