  1. Cheap left footed centre back who’s been excellent the past few seasons and ticks a lot of boxes- why am I feeling slightly disappointed with this one?
  2. Our boys aren’t as bad, but I’m sure some Man City fans would respond to the comments on here about Sterling diving with a strong argument saying the same about Gray/Mahrez/Vardy...
  3. Which quote would that be mate?
  4. Wouldn’t put it past Harry leaving for a bigger club, he’s shown ambition to climb the leagues and pyramid through his career transfers.
  5. Completely brought it upon himself. Treated certain players like shit and forced the squad to go to Milan. Then you either you sack one manager or 20 players...we all know that result
  6. Can I just get one thing straight- Spurs did not bottle or choke the league WE WON IT. There was no chance in hell we were being caught that year, we were near faultless for 38 games
  7. What a legend and all round top bloke. The difference (and confidence) he instilled in our back 3 great escape year was phenomenal. We will never ever have a centre half like Huth ever again, and I doubt the premier league will either. Those goals at Ethihad/WHL too...
  8. Think this tells us what the players think of Puel. The guys come in, tried to implement a style of play and things haven’t really worked out. Under pressure lately, this was a game where the players needed to come out and put on a performance to demonstrate their support. Instead, they’ve chosen to come out and lose the game. That first half was absolutely pathetic and probably the angriest I’ve been watching us in years. The lack of effort is disgusting and it’s so clear they want the manager out. Gutless and pathetic. Feel sorry for Puel to be honest, they obviously want him out and there’s nothing he can do. Player power these days is mental. Fuming
  9. These players are a disgrace the lack of effort and application is shocking. Not happy. Thank god we had enough points or we could be bang in trouble this year
  10. this is totally unacceptable
  11. Dyche fired if no immediate results? Really? I think the current owners have given all of our managers a very fair crack at the whip, even giving them the benefit of the doubt through rough patches
  12. Met him a few times- is a great great guy and those penalty shootouts with Conrad Logan on match days were highly amusing
  13. LCFC Managers since Wenger took over at arsenal: -Martin O’Neill -Peter Taylor -Dave Bassett -Micky Adams -Craig Levein -Rob Kelly -Nigel Worthington -Martin Allen -Gary Megson -Ian Holloway -Nigel Pearson -Paulo Sousa -Sven -Pearson x2 -Ranieri -Shakespeare -Puel Can’t forget Chris Powells spell as caretaker either!
  14. Rewatch the first goal, plays Wood onside by miles
  15. Been a huge fan of Simpson but is vital he’s replaced in the summer. That incident where Schmeichel got injured from barnes was absolutely ridiculous
  16. So so so many things wrong with the first goal, second goal is completely classic shitty Leicester set piece defending. Big game in our non-descript season and the players don’t look remotely interested. Completely abject all round. Fuming -Puel cannot take the stick for this it’s time the players started taking the brunt for performances like this, our managers have taken the blame far too often.
  17. goal scoring fullbacks. heard it all now. Everything that people wanted when shakey was in charge has happened/is in motion and people still moan. -Gave the fa cup a good go (in terms of lineups not neccessarily performances) -Started to replace an ageing back 4 -Integrated a more possession based style of play -Brought in (and improved) young players -top 8 finish
  18. We'll put these to the sword. 3-0
  19. Big shout out to Gray. Only had one real opportunity to affect the game offensively and played the CORRECT ball in for Vardy to tap-in.
  20. I love Simpson but when was the last time he delivered in a cross like Chilwell did for Iborra's goal saturday. Our system is changing and our style of play is progressing and unfortunately that will mean casualties from the old guard but thats part of football. Been superb here but think its time he's replaced as #1 right back.
  21. Lukaku is better than Vardy and is one of the better strikers in the PL so don't really get your point
  22. The guy is absolutely top drawer. Not quite up there with Kane/Aguero/Lukaku but seriously not far off (in my opinion.) Vardy has always played the same way but to say he couldn't fit in at a top top club is harsh imo. His rise has been meteoric and there is no real reason he couldn't have been successful if he went Arsenal, his mentality and ability to adapt to a higher level throughout his career suggests that anyway.
  23. Think it will be: Schmeichel Amartey Maguire Dragovic Fuchs Mahrez Silva Ndidi Gray Iheanacho Vardy
  24. Be a great signing for Newcastle I think. never quite worked here which is a shame but yeah think now is the time to cash in. Might have to do the same with Iheanacho this time next year for similar reasons
