  1. How many syllables do you need?
  2. What are you on about? He clearly was not injured - were you at the game as a matter of interest?
  3. Que? I mean it's BS from Mr Claude as he got pelters for it - Keep up It's not difficult As I said he was a decent bloke and there were some good things during his tenure so not a Claude hater but ultimately he had to go and citing his well known dropping of Vardy is an example of poor management in my book.
  4. Jamie did not look injured when he came on for sure and looked more than a little frustrated. Apology declined
  5. I think the team picks itself for tomorrow and you've got it spot on. The boy Daka to come on when they're tiring.
  6. He's probably a decent bloke - He certainly handled the tragedy well but unfortunately I'll never forgive him for dropping Vardy. I went all the way to Brighton and on the coach journey finding out that we only had Shinji upfront I knew he had to go. Vardy came on after about 60 minutes and ran the show and got us a 1 - 1. It's probably the singularly dumbest selection decision I've ever known and in my book totally unforgivable
  7. They're the richest club in the world you know ....... got £320 billion you know ........ Is this the most boring story in football already - I don't think it needs discussion as it is ....... tedious ....... I never thought I'd say this but COYS
  8. I can see him leaving. He will be able to rationalise it and lets face it he has a very high opinion of himself and will think he can do a Man City with them.
  9. If going with a conventional 4 - 4 - 2 Wallington Riccardo Elliott (Capt) Morgan Fuchs Mahrez Izzet Kante Guppy Heskey Vardy
  10. My impression from the supporters that go home and away is that Brendan is extremely popular. I appreciate this season has been poor and disappointing up to now but with 3 of the back 4 out and other key players coming back from injury or being over played is to be expected. I remember Martin O'Neil having some terrible runs of games back in the day and he still (rightly) has legendary status. We just need to hang in there and if / when everyone is fit we could see a charge rather than a whimper for the last 12/15 games of the season
  11. Er ........... assume your team selection is a joke
  12. This was my first thought when I heard of the takeover yesterday. He'll state he's been with us nearly 3 years achieved blah, blah blah and be offski
  13. I've met Mike Stowell and there's no way he was the mastermind behind our Premier League Win. You'd not want him in your pub quiz team
  14. I doff my cap to each and every one of you!
  15. Give the lad a break. He's already shown enough for anyone to see that he can play and is a great prospect. I think Brendan has to look at how he is utilising him at the moment.
  16. The club have given me immense joy over 45 years. I'm even quite fond of the downs now, traipsing through the allotment at Cambridge after a 5 - 1 defeat, 7 - 1 on a Wednesday night at Sheff Weds, 6 nil down at Middlesbrough at half time, getting relegated at Stoke etc all don't seem half as bad and make the highs of the last 5 years even better. We've become a club to be proud of and the loyalty through the years has more than been redeemed I said if we won the FA Cup I'd retire but I'd love a European Trophy now - I don't seem to be able to give up!
  17. I'm expecting mid table up to Christmas and early in the new Year and then I really good push toward the Top six in March / April and May when we're out of the cups and JJ, Fofana are back and Brendan's worked out his best team / squad and set up
  18. This is a great effort to sell out nearly 3,000 for a Sunday afternoon game at Crystal Palace which is probably the worse away of the season.
  19. Nachoman and Lookman should both now start surely
  20. Is this the first must win of the season? We need to go at these from the start and make the obvious selection (for a change) i.e Schmeichel Ricardo Evans Soyuncu Bertrand Ndidi Tielemans Lookman Barnes Kelechi Vardy
  21. If you go on to other radio stations i.e Radio Derby and Notts then you realise how staid and sterile radio football commentary and punditry can be. I'm sure there's a lot of tongue in cheek with Ian and he's definitely a big Leicester (not foxes) supporter. If there are personal issues then anyone not wishing him a full and speedy resolution is being more than churlish.
  22. Lookman and Kelechi have to start for Maddison and Perez - The rest is sound
  23. Kelechi has easily been our best performer in 2021 (possibly only Wilf gets close) - How he's not in the team whilst others are way below form and our standard is bizarre. Lookman has to start too - The team at the moment more or less picks itself and has done for a few weeks - Brendan's team selections have not been good. Get your finger out Brendan
  24. Is it not more to protect the Membership Status? - I don't know a lot about it but if you can get tickets at General Sale why buy a Membership?
  25. Makes my 4.20am start seem light weight. Had a lovely seafood lunch in the The Regency Restaurant on the front which was the highlight of the day
