  1. Two games to go in the 2022/23 season, and Parma's return to glory is nearly complete. I'm on the cusp of claiming their first ever Scudetto with a pretty bang-average team. Reminiscent of the Zdenek Zeman era of calcio... Doesn't matter how many you let in, as long as you outscore the opposition. Got two top-quality Italian strikers in Paloschi and Lasagna absolutely on fire, both of whom I picked up for <£5m. Sometimes the AI is bizarre.
  2. One second in it, @Bobby Hundreds.
  3. I just completed this quiz. My Score 100/100 My Time 36 seconds
  4. Championship Manager 2001/02 was the absolute pinnacle.
  5. That is f**king sensational.
  6. FFS. I searched the thread WITHOUT a space. Nothing. Thought I was onto a winner.
  7. Terrible news... At the Nestlè factory today a worker was seriously injured when a pallet of chocolate fell more than 20 feet, and crushed him underneath. He tried in vain to attract attention, but every time he shouted "THE MILKYBARS ARE ON ME!," everyone just started cheering.
  8. He's been on national TV to talk about it, and the story is plastered all over every newspaper. There can't be any UK legal processes ongoing; otherwise he'd be in contempt of court. I understand the only thing relevant to UK law would've been the custody battle, which seems like it's now been resolved... Not that he'd discuss that specifically, rather his experience in Thailand, as he has been.
  9. Not sure it needs its own thread, but this fellow Citeh supporter appeared on This Morning today. He was locked up in a Thai prison for trying to bring his son back to the UK. (full story and pic of him in shirt here). Wonder if he's ever been a member on here? Would be great to get a first hand account, AMA style.
  10. I grew up in Mahkedahbra and went to school in Northampton. There were very few humans, let alone City supporters. Seriously though... Barely any my age in town, and even fewer at school. Come to think of it, I can't remember a single one in my year. Mostly Liverpool and Manchester United. Even Stearman was a Liverpool supporter, if I recall correctly.
  11. I said this last year... We should build a 150ft Italian masterpiece outside the stadium.
  12. "Crimes against humanity, you'll never sing that..."
  13. Congratulations to the 117,456,334,191st baby ever born. Fantastic news.
  14. I just completed this quiz. My Score 70/100 My Time 43 seconds
  15. This. I hope it doesn't come to that, because it effectively means a summer of recruitment and pre-season down the sh*tter.
  16. Is @UpTheLeagueFox hiding in the dressing room lockers again?
  17. Come to think of it, this could be a genuine strategy we could adopt, and would negate the need for players who can actually kick the ball: If we just use Marouane and Hamza's enormous barnets as some sort of ball-nests... If they just pass it between themselves by entangling their huge hair ecosystems, it won't count as obstruction. Genius. Gerrimin.
  18. Like him or not he's defined an era of English football history. Some of the football his teams have produced over the years was sensational. To go an entire season unbeaten at any point in time is incredible, and I could've watched the likes of Henry and Bergkamp all day long. I for one will kinda miss the miserable old curmudgeon. Tuchel odds on favourite to succeed him? Vieira or Ancelotti maybe?
  19. Yep, bored of this now. Get it done and let's move on.
  20. Huge news about Wenger. Like him or not, he's defined an era of English football history. Wonder who will succeed him... Tuchel? Vieira? Ancelotti?
  21. I haven’t seen this forum as divided as it is now, since just before the Pearson great escape. Let’s not beat about the Bush, here. We’re f**king garbage at the moment. In fact, it’s kinda worse than garbage... It’s just nothingness. Just totally dull nothingness. If it wasn’t for the so-called “new manager bounce,” or the “ex-manager ‘f**k you’” or whatever it is, we’d be well within the relegation dogfight. It just so happens that 3/4 of the Premier League are considerably more doggo than us. If if I was Kuhn Vichai, my trigger finger would be seriously itching. But, we all know how it works... Sack, bounce, drop-off-cliff, repeat. We HAVE to give the guy the summer, he HAS to be given the time to shape the team as he wants, otherwise what’s the point? The season’s over. Let him rebuild the squad, because f**k knows we’ve got a load of deadwood to dispose of. If we’re still having the same conversations come October, then **** him right off. Puel can get in the sea. We’re spoiled brats, and rightly so. But until then, a bit of patience wouldn’t go amiss. Oh, and I love Nige as much as the next City fan, but those calling for Pearson to return... Get a grip, please.
  22. For all their transfer riches, they couldn’t buy a win at the moment. I have a feeling City are feeling charitable.
  23. TripAdvisor, whilst not always accurate, is a fairly good place to start when gauging the quality of establishments. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurants-g186334-Leicester_Leicestershire_England.html
  24. Parsnips. In Burnley they trade in root vegetables.
  25. Burnley, 80m.
