Never mind all this nonsense, who's going to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup?
-
"Landmark multi-storey car park" Skidmark more like. The area's a sh*thole. Basically flatten everything inside the Circle and start again. Would be a shame to lose all of those victorian industrial buildings there though, they're the one redeeming feature.

City in Boxing Day dogsh*t performance shocker. -
Currently sat at my Nan’s gaff for Boxing Day, she’s watching Mary Poppins. I f**king hate the film... But sounds like I’m better off watching that than dogsh*t Citeh.

That’s the end of Amartey’s career at City then. Moss or no Moss, Puel’s face said a thousand expletive-laden words.

A few people on this forum are eating a sh*t load of humble pie around this time of year.

Area 51 and Nellis Airforce Base? Nothing to see here. 9/11 was somehow orchestrated by the US government and the buildings around the WTC were destroyed by controlled demolition? Nonsense. Paul McCartney died in 1966 and was replaced by a lookalike? Absurd. The Moon landings were faked and man has never actually set foot on the moon? Get a grip. The Earth is flat? Oh, please... The Carabao Cup draw was rigged so that none of the big clubs faced each other? TRUE

Man City League Cup 1-1 - lost 4-3 on pens

Couple of absolutely minging penalties at the end there. Sod's law that our two star men would f**k it. Our shoot-out record is abysmal, too. Hamer would've got closer to those penalties sitting on the subs bench. Shame, we could've been in a cup semi-final, but never mind, we move on... -
Did Jakupovic drop a deuce on Vichai’s boardroom table or something? ’Cause that’s the only way I can understand Hamer getting picked ahead of him.

Fuchs looks increasingly past it every game. A comedy of Sunday league-level errors. We should be behind.
-
I work in media, but never have to deal with the club in an official capacity. In the past I've called in favours to be accredited in order to get into sold out games.
-
Even a half-strength Man City side would comfortably beat most sides in the division. Would love a cup run, but we'll rotate the squad too. Sorry folks, can't see anything but a good spanking here.
-
There’s no denying that he’s nowhere near Fuchs defensively. Yet, offers more going forward. Tomato, tomahto. He’s young, he’s learning. Let’s not get on his back after one below-par performance.

Numpty commentator talking about “follow through,” the only follow through is the sh*t coming out of his mouth.

Schmeichel’s so good he saves things with his tallywhacker.

I’ve got such a dislike that gormless, saggy-ballsack-face, Hodgson.
-
Maybe he didn’t get any birthday cards, so Atkinson felt sorry for him and gave him two.

We’re making them look good.

Not good enough.

I F**KING LOVE BOLLYWOOD FILMS.

I opened the door for Serge and Tom from Kasabian yesterday morning on their way into the office reception, Tom gave me a nice, loud "CHEERS MATEH." I'd just been to the gym and my bag contained my green and yellow 83-85 away kit. I thought about getting it out and bonding with them over a shared love for the club, perhaps getting them to sign it, then I figured they wouldn't fancy handling a sweat-sodden, stinking shirt and besides, bothering the 'talent' is somewhat frowned upon. Later that day I popped down to have a look at them rehearsing, I was one in a crowd of about 10. It was fun.

IMO the coach reports, as well as the position / role suitability etc. can be largely ignored. I always go on stats. In this year's the injuries become a real problem for someone susceptible though (as IRL, I suppose), I've got a couple of older players who stats-wise can still cut it, but can only manage 10-15 games a season.

I haven't noticed larger teams underachieving, to be fair. A few smaller teams over-achieving, though. Pro Vercelli got promoted to the Serie A (they were 1000-1) which was unlikely but not unrealistic (Benevento and SPAL last season.) The AI is daft in other ways, though; the whole big shout about "realistic transfers" has proven to be largely load of nonsense in my save. PSG have spunked £300m on dross including unknown 30-year-olds from Mexico... and Peter Cech. Starting my second season with Parma back in the Serie A with a squad full of loanees and ageing pros picked up on a free. Odds on to go straight back down.

Visiting supporters from other clubs must take one look at this forum and wonder what the f**k is going on.
