Alan Nixon has a story about us tomorrow
-
Nothing too controversial however what Graham has done is clarify that the clown emojis are more as a response to the more abusive posts or ones that reference Vichai turning his grave. Which does kind of make some sense. However he is still very much of the view that the current bunch are the right people to take us back to the Premier League. Jason’s viewpoint is very much that the last 4/5 years suggests otherwise.

Could be an interesting thread developing on X Graham Brock has been handing the clown 🤡 emojis again to KP dissenters and Jason Bourne has called him out on it ….might get some popcorn 🍿 😂

Is this the worse it’s ever been?
Claudio Fannieri replied to Nolucklcfc's topic in Leicester City Forum
I have supported this club for over 45 years and whilst we have been lower in the league and been in administration, this feels a lot worse. An owner who has detached the club away from its fan base, many decisions such as sponsorship etc that continue to alienate the club from its supporters. The lack of communication, almost arrogance and distain shown in refusing to engage with anyone outside the club, zero responsibility and accountability for what has happened these last 3/4 years. a man who appears to be gambling with our clubs potential future, whilst we have to sit here and watch it happen. As fans we are largely powerless, the club don’t want to listen, certain individuals remain in post despite years of poor performance. The culture is rotten, players massively overpaid, going through the motions, a manager who appears to be nothing more than a yes man. This is a collective that currently feels like the more criticism and focus they receive the more they double down. They are tone deaf and it no longer feels like our club it feels like KP’s club and we are no longer supporters but customers. We are nothing more than a cash cow to the KPFC. In all my years of supporting our club I have never felt more detached, and yet I have met some wonderful people who represent Leicester City Football Club with immense pride and commitment, the people who work for modest wages but do so with extreme professionalism, these people who were told they would be paid before Christmas to then be told this wouldn’t happen with the very minimum of notice. This is the worst I have ever known it not because of league position or results but because it feels like we are trapped in a toxic relationship with an owner who refuses to do the right thing, make the tough but right decisions and continues to treat the genuine fans with anything but distain with this lack of communication. It’s horrible I feel so helpless and invisible as far as the clubs hierarchy is concerned. I have never felt that way in any time as an LCFC fan previously.- 198 replies

Worrying if true, Is that a guess or do you have some intel that supports this view. Although i think between Abdul, Nelson and Monga we would probably manage to raise that £50m if needed.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 brilliant post that captures the mood of so many in a well structured, well written and respectful manner. You can see the emotion, pain and frustration but whilst maintaining a respectful and calm tone. I think this kind of post will land more with people than one where the undertones are more aggressive and disrespectful to certain individuals. This is the kind of post we need to see more of to help generate more discussion and engagement on our decline.

Julián Carranza joins on loan - Official
Claudio Fannieri replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I really hope we do, however it’s concerning it @Muzzy_no7 is correct as we have agreed to include a penalty fee every time said player we were unsure about is not included on the bench -
Julián Carranza joins on loan - Official
Claudio Fannieri replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Unbelievable, how are we so bad at negotiating deals for incoming players. Surely it should be a flat loan fee and wage contribution. Plus adds on for team and individual performance. -
Never fear the club are busy working on getting us back in good fettle for the new year ……well I have received a text to say there is a 35% Boxing Day sale.

Julián Carranza joins on loan - Official
Claudio Fannieri replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Why is he on the bench if he is never going to be used, yesterday we were losing at home and only used 4 subs and yet the manager would rather chase the game with Hamza Choudhury than change shape or bring on Carranza to try and save the result. Absolutely comical, would rather see Jake Evans or Lorenz Hutchinson given a go on the bench than see Carranza getting splinters on his arse. -
Since the infamous interview and Susan Whelan leaving and him stepping in as interim CEO he has been conspicuous by his absence. Surely a business failing as LCFC is both on and off the pitch you would spend every waking minute at the place looking to change the culture and identify what is going wrong and what needs to change to start turning the tide. Isn’t Aiyawatt’s current KP role significantly less hands on and therefore he has much more time to focus on Leicester City. It feels even more rudderless at the moment than it was prior to the interview.

LCFC 1-2 Watford, post match thread
Claudio Fannieri replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
That performance was so stale, we were 2nd best to Watford in every department, which is an absolute disgrace for a club that was playing premier league football last season. Our play was one dimensional lacked any cohesion, intensity or inventiveness. Sp predictable and so boring to watch. Zero excitement, hardly anything to get the supporters excited, it’s all so flat. As for the subs that was an absolute piss take, Monga on with 20 to go, Ramsey with 15 and then a defender and attacker in the final 5 minutes almost a token change. Why not change shape, bring on an extra attacker, try something different, give Watford something to think about instead it was just like for like changes, in the hope something different might happen, absolutely woeful. -
Couldn’t agree more, Marti is massively underperforming and needs to go tonight
-
75 minutes in 2-1 down and he has made 3 like for like changes why not look to do something different and change shape
-
6 goals conceded so far in 2 games against QPR and Watford that is appalling. Awful defensively and powder puff going forward make no mistake this is utter garbage and he has to go. Enough is enough.
-
We have been 2nd best for large parts of this game all over the pitch
-
In possession this is as slow, turgid and impotent as anything served up under Puel. This is largely dire stuff, predictable and lacking any intensity, surely this cannot continue, week in week out we are looking bang average at best against mediocrity. He has to go for me, the players are playing with the handbrake on in the 2nd tier, this is appalling.
-
We are so easy to play against, we are quite open and yet in possession we are largely impotent so slow and ineffective, reliant on moments of magic from our better quality players. Watching today’s game you would think we had been in this division for the last 10 years, not a team just relegated with the highest wage bill.

Awful that there has been no social media post from the club regarding the passing of John Robertson a former assistant manager of the club.

Watford - Home - Boxing Day 3pm - Anyone going?
Claudio Fannieri replied to Spudulike's topic in Leicester City Forum
A poor result, performance and a lot of empty seats could really crank the pressure on Marti. I imagine the club expected to be challenging at the top end of the division and performance levels to be significantly better and more entertaining, likewise I also think the club will have expected crowds to be higher aligned to the expected performance levels. This drop off in attendances and the impact to finances and the general apathy from the fanbase could be a big factor in Marti keeping his job. To be 13th at this stage and performances and entertainment levels tanking this season, which is having a detrimental impact on attendance and matchday revenues will not be going unnoticed and I could see this becoming a key reason to make a change. Marti desperately needs a win and a cracking performance to start to turn the tide. More of the same today and I think he will do well to survive to the FA Cup 3rd round tie at Cheltenham. -
Merry Christmas hope everyone has a great day.

Do we really want promotion this season ??
Claudio Fannieri replied to Timfox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Couldn’t agree more pal, criminal we didn’t look at players like Hayden Hackney & Zian Fleming / Liam Delap. Imagine if we had signed them instead of Skipp and Ayew. -
Watford - Home - Boxing Day 3pm - Anyone going?
Claudio Fannieri replied to Spudulike's topic in Leicester City Forum
I would add Jake Evans and Kevon Gray to that bench -
Don’t agree there pal, empty seats are bad PR especially for a club like ours, also empty seats don’t buy food and drink or club merchandise in the club shop before the game. Over time it will have a significant impact to our finances.
