  1. I have a mate from Leicester who moved to Canada in the late 90s, became a citizen, then moved to LA and was at the game, well chuffed for them & him. Not a great game or good side though 😂
  2. Luckily came down to Devon last friday, max of 23 today, temperate I would say....
  3. Scotlands defending is shocking, reminiscent of Leicester. They are in trouble here!!!
  4. Monga & Nelson go coz we got relegated, makes Seagrave pointless, because of our league position. Abdul won’t stay either. I mean the destruction of the club gets worse & worse as times goes on. SO depressing & disengaging, our own owners & board are literally taking our future away from the club & couldnt see it in the middle & towards the end of last season.
  5. We’ve been home & away a fair bit last 7-8 years. I’ve got a mate we met in the pub b4 the game as has been a STH a long time. He said the Football ruins the day out. So the local pubs should do a roaring trade 3pm Saturdays next season 😂😂🍺🦊
  6. Met a lad in London today I used to work with. Wet Spam season ticket holder, 15-20% reduction for going down I was told. Whats the club offering for 2 relegations then?
  7. Pretty deflated, reinforces disengagement with the club. The guy has one season, he HAS to take us up, our League 1 visit should be as temporary as last time. I don’t want him fired at the end of the season, as he will have been successful in returning us closer to where we should be.
  8. Well done Palace Think it’s great for these sort of sides AND they get to play on Thursdays next year, Martin Samuel in the ST said they’d win in Aug. Great greedy shout by Marinakis. Enjoy your Thursdays off. How did Parish let Glasner go, that might be it already.
  9. Both Boulter & Radacanu need a productive next month, good number of wins & ranking points
  10. Doesn't it also mean Bournemouth or Brighton will be in the Champions League next season? I really hope its stuff like this that hurts Top & Rudders and then Palace win the ECL, 3 teams not even with the heritage we have. One Trophy between them!!!
  11. Times are hard at Freiburg Their manager looks a right scruffbag
  12. Didn’t Villa go down the season we won the title? We just keep being reminded of how quickly & far we have fallen, sad. Some of us were in Rome etc. only 4 years ago
  13. Chelsea got lucky to win both trophies they did under him. Unless you're very unlucky, making a Semi in the Conference League is an English club requisite, Wet Spam, Lestah, Villa, Chelsea, Palace, all last 4 at least As for the World Club Cup, many that could did not play and PSG MUST have been knackered by the final. Course you need some skill which they had BUT they also had plenty of luck. ALSO Bernardo, Stones, possibly Ake, and others might leave. I think the jury is very much out on him at the highest level. Arsenal have got rid of the bottlers tag, Liverpool might recover, there's plenty there. Its going to be competitive next season, Manure might compete somewhat. Lets see what you've got in the real glare Enzo......If he can get close, I take my hat off...BUT not certain
  14. I think there were a few 1) 1st game of season - Brentford at home 2-0 up, BRodgers deciding not to bring any subs on whe Frank bought 5 on, final result 2-2 2) Winter World Cup, After beating Everton and West ham in early November wouldn't need to get wait to get battered at home on Boxing by Newcastle 3) Sacking BRodgers BEFORE the March international wiindow, might have got something at Palace 4) Sacking BRodgers BEFORE the March Internaional Window, meaning we had a new manager in place NOT Sadler and Stowell in place for the vital home games against Villa, where Wilf passed to Traore for him to score the winner in the first in ever, and Bournemouth when Madders backpass was the difference in a 1-0 defeat 5) Aforementioned Madders inability to absolutely take the leather of the peno
  15. Talking of how it should be done when as a club you have failed...... "Rob Edwards, Matt Jackson and Nathan Shi have been quizzed by fans at a Wolves Fan Forum hosted by BBC Radio WM." When are Top and Rudders facing the fan in the absence of an insitu manager as it sounds like Rowett is off or let go?? Others accept their failure/s................and recognise the importance of getting the fans onside
  16. Marketing and Communications must be the easiest job imaginable at KPFC, well there's a communication vacuum.
  17. I was going to ask what economic policies the voting population are making their decisions on, because these new incumbents will manage many of the day to day services Joe Public use and rely on. In the end we are a very unhappy disillusioned electorate, and the party’s in power are/have not/not doing a great job, and being continually criticised plants the seed and propagates and supports that negativity and move towards those more extreme edges. Can we have the positivity and hope of the 90’s back…..Time to get out things can only get better 😂😂
  18. Had 14 games, a 3rd of the season, couple of wins and not draws and the confidence of those would have kept us up narrowly. Don't rate him massively, but perhaps if there is nothing better, and don't take gamble, he might do the League 1 job, shouldn't be hard IF we can keep/get some decent players. Then we can sack him off when promoted, don't rate him, but sometimes merit in the status quo. Who's realistically better?????? That we actually can get, not who in some rose tinted dream we think we can get (Maresca!!).
  19. I think I'd make Yize the favourite, Murphy has a miss in him, kids 22, no fear, Murphy's bringing a decent bit of baggage in, desperate to win a 2nd title, clock ticking, couple of final defeats including best player in the event in 2015 but lost the final to Bingham. If this goes close, he's the one with the scar damage......
  20. Had been away for the weekend, not looking at phone, but seeing I got offered a ticket for United A, but too late was the cry. Got home, watched the 1st half, sent the kids to bed, including my 12yo season ticket holder son. Turned over for the World Snooker final, thinking it was done, watching the Jester heading towards the title. Then my phone started to ping a lot, turned back to see it was 2-1 to Spurs with just under 10 to go, then saw Hazard score and a very nervous last 7 mins, rushed upstairs to tell the boy on full time. There was a bottle of champagne that had been in the house for ages, would be rude not to, got a bit emotional and then just watched the rest on Sky Sports and Sky Sports news. Just very emotional, and probably very hard to really understand and believe. But overall, just very very happy Bought lots of papers the next day and headed towards the end of the week and the Everton game
  21. Went down yesterday, very decent turnout, beautiful weather day. Shame Notts battered us. Wow Ben Green
  22. Sorry there's another game?? Thought we'd been relegated?
  23. Got what they deserved absolutely NO SYMPATHY whatsoever. Thanks for thinking you'd walk it to the play offs and fiddling whilst Rome burned
  24. He multitasks, I'm sure his name was down as our scorer Friday, thats a start
