Tottenham's record against Chelsea is genuinely astonishing. Over a 35 year period, too.
-
I know it will come into force next season but that is four clubs deducted points in this year's timeframe. Must be a record?
-
I know nerves play a part but creating this little from open play against a long since relegated opponent is really poor. Palace may fancy it.
-
Burnley have played well. Tough game for Wolves on Sunday.

And the random bloke over Kasper's left shoulder
-
The ridiculous thing about The Man Utd goal is that the defence would have been better served not bothering to block the shot and let it go in.
-
Looks like the Premier League have given up bothering to challenge clubs any more and are offering to negotiate settlements for financial breaches without the need for independent commissions.

Five out of the last eight at home. Need to beat Yorkshire or Hampshire.
-
The hosts said everyone taking part was a winner so yes.

Their Uncle will be delighted.

Listened on the radio (attended a local final instead) and went as predicted- a dull match player in a flat atmosphere. Wonder if Little Wes is wondering what he pushed so hard for- potentially one of the top defenders having an injury hit time with only the Conference League and Club World Cup (where he contributed nothing to their qualification) to show for it. Half his permanent managers being Graham Potter and Liam Rosenior. He could have been so much better.

I am sure the authorities are relieved at the outcome given the way Celtic fans reacted after they won the league. The alternative doesn't bear thinking about.
-
Only if they finish 5th as well.

If my Nan had wheels, she’d have been a bike…

Even more revenue would have led to greater failure. Rodgers is appalling in Europe, the Champions League (which we should have reached twice) would have been humiliating. -
We were the biggest club not to win the FA Cup before we eventually did. We had close to 50 years in the top flight before winning the title (and been close on a couple of occasions). Not a sparkling history but a club that had been capable of getting involved in top flight respectability and reaching Finals.
-
Not a huge amount of build-up to this. Fairly dull clubs, I suppose.
-
We aren't a hopeless team being skittled for 130 each innings but you also feel we aren't going to capitalise on good situations like today.
-
Yes, moving to another regional league. For example, March Town Utd and Wisbech have moved from the United Counties (predominantly Midlands) to the Eastern Counties League.

No managerial communication since relegation to L1 on 21st April

We were 16th, a point outside the relegation zone having lost 4 of his previous 5 matches when he was sacked. We certainly weren't mid-table. -
The right decision. We need to look at the bigger picture and hopefully the worst scenario is now becoming something of a yoyo club. 23 years away from the top division in an 18-team format is disgraceful, this season was always going to be tough with the step up in quality plus key absences.

You won't be saying that when Southampton are penalised five runs by the ECB.
-
Imagine if Middlesbrough are reinstated. Gary Weaver- "Middlesbrough have stepped into Southampton's territory and said WE ARE TAKING YOUR PLACE. THE INVASION FROM THE SOLENT DIDN'T HAPPEN!"
-
Yes. In effect Celtic only need to win by one goal.instead of 4.
