Magnificent win for Stan Moody against John Higgins at the World Open today. Meanwhile Oliver Sykes finally earned his tour card at the weekend. The best three English talents imo in Stan Moody, Liam Pullen and Oliver Sykes now all on tour.

A naive nepo baby I can thoroughly understand the reasons why he wouldnât want to sell, but I think weâre in stand-off territory, how bad does it have to get before he realises enough is enough. Unfortunately we might end up hitting a Chansiri/Sheffield Wednesday type scenario.

Watford are on a very inconsistent run, watched them against Sheffield Wednesday last week and they were shocking. They have some excellent ball-carriers though, some of which happen to be injured atm, but thatâs where theyâll probably be most dangerous imo. Quietly optimistic we could get something from this game.

Posted this a few weeks back, regardless of numbers, this simply has to be the next step imo. Post match protest and block entrances. Norwich, Rangers fans have done exactly that this season, itâs time for those wanting to protest to step up and do the same.

Epic match between Sabalenka vs Rybakina, will be hard to top that as MOTY on the WTA tour.

Got round to watching Henry Winterâs interview with the BSLB podcast last night, he made some excellent valid points regarding Top. How do you walk away from a football club that has a shrine to your father. Itâs only normal for Top to try and continue his fathers legacy. If he walked away and sold up, what does that show? As morbid as it sounds, it shows that heâs failed as a son. Put yourself in Topâs shoes, I personally would find it extremely difficult to walk away from a football club, where youâve built success and where your father tragically died. The problem right now though is Top doesnât help himself. Throughout his tenure, weâve seen so many times that he lacks the balls to make the right decisions at the right time. A couple of weeks ago was the perfect opportunity to make significant change, but as Henry Winter said in the interview, weâve just moved pieces around a chessboard. As long as Rudkin stays, the hate on him and Top will just intensify. Rudkin has been part of the Leicester City furniture since 1996, is it in Topâs culture to remain loyal to a guy whoâs been here 30 years, or if he actually got rid of Rudkin, maybe he doesnât trust himself to find a new right-hand man. But for a guy whoâs been here 30 years, if he actually cared about the club, heâd do the right thing and step down, but if he did quit, he probably knows he wonât get a better job elsewhere. Whether some fans like it or not, thereâs always going to be a section of fans that will remain loyal to the King Power regime, just because of the success we mainly had under Vichaiâs leadership, and through sympathy for Top because of the tragedy that unfolded. A word Henry Winter used in his interview though was apathy, and unfortunately a good section of the fanbase are feeling exactly that, Iâd include myself in that. This is the most unmotivated I have felt in my lifetime as a Leicester fan. I gave up my season ticket after the return from Covid, and looking back, itâs one of the best decisions Iâve ever made. I donât want to pay ÂŁ400 or ÂŁ30-40 on a single match to watch the likes of Jordan Ayew stroll around the pitch. Itâs ok for some fans to come on to a Leicester City forum or fan channel and say âBack the ladsâ, but what is there to back? The period between 05-08 was shitty, but at least the squad that got relegated in 07/08 didnât ship goals for fun, at least Iain Hume tried and managed doubles figures worth of goals. Jason Bourne made a great point in a tweet yesterday, âA squad that no fans connect toâ. We have gone from having the most relatable squad in the clubs history 10 years ago, to having the most unlikeable squad in the clubs history 10 years later, as numerous posters have stated on this forum, itâs an unprecedented downfall. We need more than a few pieces moved around a chessboard, we need more than just a bunch of naive interviews from Top. Itâs about time we heard from Rudkin, take some accountability, and actually tell us what the vision is for this football club moving forward, because right now we have absolutely fvck all to cling on to, and we have no vision. If this club isnât careful, it will end up in League 1 and become another Bolton.

Been very much one step forward, two steps back. âI need to start looking at players I can trust throughout, not just once or twiceâ. The problem is though, throughout the whole of this season, Jordan James is about the only one who has been consistently trustworthy. Shit recruitment has finally caught up with us, itâs very difficult to see how this bunch of players can be relied on to get us out of this mess. When they give us a bit of hope, they back it up by letting us down.

IF (a big if) we stay up under Rowett, do we keep him on?
kingfox replied to LCFCCHRIS's topic in Leicester City Forum
Been very much like Vicky Pollard on Rowettâs potential future at the club, yeah but no but yeah. The question I keep asking myself, do we want to rebuild with Gary Rowett? What will a rebuild under Gary Rowett look like, when his history suggests he likes proven Championship players. No doubt this team needs some stability, plus some hard-working grafters added to it in terms of the playing squad, but I wouldnât want what Rowett did at Stoke for example, by adding players of the ilk of Tom Ince, James McClean and Sam Clucas. -
Worst player on the pitch tonight

LCFC 2-0 Bristol City, post-match thread
kingfox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Look what happens when you start Jordan Ayew -
Just when I was starting to have a change of heart on him, he goes and produces that lineup. As feared, he absolutely loves Premier League and Championship experienced players. Definitely wonât be watching the match tonight after seeing that lineup, never watching any Leicester match again where Jordan Ayew is our starting striker. Also wouldnât surprise me if some fans have actually turned back and headed home after seeing that.
