  1. Never been so happy to see an international break.
  2. Chakvetadze and Irankunda both starting 😕 one of Ricardo or Thomas might actually physically shit themselves.
  3. Therefore a 2-1 win incoming, Ayew last minute winner 🔼
  4. No Jordan Ayew in the starting 11
  5. Magnificent win for Stan Moody against John Higgins at the World Open today. Meanwhile Oliver Sykes finally earned his tour card at the weekend. The best three English talents imo in Stan Moody, Liam Pullen and Oliver Sykes now all on tour.
  6. A naive nepo baby I can thoroughly understand the reasons why he wouldn’t want to sell, but I think we’re in stand-off territory, how bad does it have to get before he realises enough is enough. Unfortunately we might end up hitting a Chansiri/Sheffield Wednesday type scenario.
  7. Watford are on a very inconsistent run, watched them against Sheffield Wednesday last week and they were shocking. They have some excellent ball-carriers though, some of which happen to be injured atm, but that’s where they’ll probably be most dangerous imo. Quietly optimistic we could get something from this game.
  8. Posted this a few weeks back, regardless of numbers, this simply has to be the next step imo. Post match protest and block entrances. Norwich, Rangers fans have done exactly that this season, it’s time for those wanting to protest to step up and do the same.
  9. Epic match between Sabalenka vs Rybakina, will be hard to top that as MOTY on the WTA tour.
  10. Got round to watching Henry Winter’s interview with the BSLB podcast last night, he made some excellent valid points regarding Top. How do you walk away from a football club that has a shrine to your father. It’s only normal for Top to try and continue his fathers legacy. If he walked away and sold up, what does that show? As morbid as it sounds, it shows that he’s failed as a son. Put yourself in Top’s shoes, I personally would find it extremely difficult to walk away from a football club, where you’ve built success and where your father tragically died. The problem right now though is Top doesn’t help himself. Throughout his tenure, we’ve seen so many times that he lacks the balls to make the right decisions at the right time. A couple of weeks ago was the perfect opportunity to make significant change, but as Henry Winter said in the interview, we’ve just moved pieces around a chessboard. As long as Rudkin stays, the hate on him and Top will just intensify. Rudkin has been part of the Leicester City furniture since 1996, is it in Top’s culture to remain loyal to a guy who’s been here 30 years, or if he actually got rid of Rudkin, maybe he doesn’t trust himself to find a new right-hand man. But for a guy who’s been here 30 years, if he actually cared about the club, he’d do the right thing and step down, but if he did quit, he probably knows he won’t get a better job elsewhere. Whether some fans like it or not, there’s always going to be a section of fans that will remain loyal to the King Power regime, just because of the success we mainly had under Vichai’s leadership, and through sympathy for Top because of the tragedy that unfolded. A word Henry Winter used in his interview though was apathy, and unfortunately a good section of the fanbase are feeling exactly that, I’d include myself in that. This is the most unmotivated I have felt in my lifetime as a Leicester fan. I gave up my season ticket after the return from Covid, and looking back, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I don’t want to pay £400 or £30-40 on a single match to watch the likes of Jordan Ayew stroll around the pitch. It’s ok for some fans to come on to a Leicester City forum or fan channel and say “Back the lads”, but what is there to back? The period between 05-08 was shitty, but at least the squad that got relegated in 07/08 didn’t ship goals for fun, at least Iain Hume tried and managed doubles figures worth of goals. Jason Bourne made a great point in a tweet yesterday, “A squad that no fans connect to”. We have gone from having the most relatable squad in the clubs history 10 years ago, to having the most unlikeable squad in the clubs history 10 years later, as numerous posters have stated on this forum, it’s an unprecedented downfall. We need more than a few pieces moved around a chessboard, we need more than just a bunch of naive interviews from Top. It’s about time we heard from Rudkin, take some accountability, and actually tell us what the vision is for this football club moving forward, because right now we have absolutely fvck all to cling on to, and we have no vision. If this club isn’t careful, it will end up in League 1 and become another Bolton.
  11. Sammy Braybrooke bossing the midfield against Bromley Local derby against Mansfield Signing free agents from teams like Kilmarnock Bring it on!
  12. Been very much one step forward, two steps back. “I need to start looking at players I can trust throughout, not just once or twice”. The problem is though, throughout the whole of this season, Jordan James is about the only one who has been consistently trustworthy. Shit recruitment has finally caught up with us, it’s very difficult to see how this bunch of players can be relied on to get us out of this mess. When they give us a bit of hope, they back it up by letting us down.
  13. Iona in that outfit
  14. Been very much like Vicky Pollard on Rowett’s potential future at the club, yeah but no but yeah. The question I keep asking myself, do we want to rebuild with Gary Rowett? What will a rebuild under Gary Rowett look like, when his history suggests he likes proven Championship players. No doubt this team needs some stability, plus some hard-working grafters added to it in terms of the playing squad, but I wouldn’t want what Rowett did at Stoke for example, by adding players of the ilk of Tom Ince, James McClean and Sam Clucas.
  15. Worst player on the pitch tonight
  16. Look what happens when you start Jordan Ayew
  17. Just when I was starting to have a change of heart on him, he goes and produces that lineup. As feared, he absolutely loves Premier League and Championship experienced players. Definitely won’t be watching the match tonight after seeing that lineup, never watching any Leicester match again where Jordan Ayew is our starting striker. Also wouldn’t surprise me if some fans have actually turned back and headed home after seeing that.
  18. Fvckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
  19. What will this shit actually look like đŸ€” To be more like a poundland Man City? Having to rely on frees and loans because we’ve got no money?
  20. Always rated Matt Targett
  21. Realisation hit him that we weren’t gonna have fun this szn, so he’s downed tools.
  22. 47, completely forgetting 3 existing Premier League teams in Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Burnley
