Fox_in_a_Box Posted 11 January 2016 Posted 11 January 2016 Was brilliant last night I was very impressed. He did everything a defender needs to do. Composed on the ball going forward, tracking his man and not taking risks. Take a bow son.

Apart from that very solid and looks like he will be class
RedSoxUK Posted 11 January 2016 Posted 11 January 2016 Good clearer of the ball, and some nice link up play on the left with Gray I thought; nice to see two young players with no end of potential playing together on our left, a mark of our future perhaps. Rated Chilwell for a while now, and hope we can keep hold of him in a long contract; I expect us to tie him down. However, the few risky passes have been a common occurence for Chilwell from what i've seen of him, he's done it a few times for Huddersfield on loan this season too. Nothing a bit of confidence and being comfortable on the pitch can't fix.
Candidcamera Posted 11 January 2016 Posted 11 January 2016 I was interested to see him after all the press about others after him. He took a time to settle into the game but by the end he had a real confidence. That time after our corner when he was left stranded on the right was shakey. Otherwise he was really good.
dylanlegend Posted 11 January 2016 Posted 11 January 2016 He reminds me of a left sided Gary Neville Let's hope he's not reading this... Or bye bye Chilwell
LCCFox96 Posted 11 January 2016 Posted 11 January 2016 Thought Chilwell was very good yesterday. After that showing I'm even more keen than ever to keep hold of him.
goose2010 Posted 11 January 2016 Posted 11 January 2016 According to the telegraph we are set to offer a new contract as we currently pay him £800 a week....

shade Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 £800 a week ! And Arsenal and Liverpool making offers Proper offers ! I suspect a 4 year £8-10k a week will be needed to keep him ! nice little wage that for a teenager.
GaelicFox Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 nice little wage that for a teenager.Yea In the real world it is perfect But Not when you were virtually defender of the game and the others beside you are earning 20-30 times more The big guns would have no issue paying him 10-15k a week and it's because of this I give full credit to the lad for putting his head down and working very hard !
UPinCarolina Posted 12 January 2016 Posted 12 January 2016 Pay the young man his money! We can't lose homegrown talent to poachers.
