I hardly think anyone outside them would be appointing some random bloke from US 3rd division If he is come here it would most likely be with Bradley as manager, but I fail to see what qualifies him for any coaching position whatsoever at this level They were the Chivas USA dream team remember.....

I still fail to believe we'd be hiring an absolute unknown such as Preki. The Thais are multi billion businessmen, with that amount of business success you have to be intellegent, or have intellegent people surrounding you. There's no way this would be an intellegent move. So maybe as others have said, 2 + 2 = 78387892372389. Plus Preki could be refering to "top flight" meaning UK football in relation to the rest of the world. Not how we translate top flight as being the Prem. for a quick second there, at first glance, thought u had left ur mobile number for top to get in touch with u on.
